Not your normal caves visit - Not your normal cave's visit which is what makes it a great experience. Transport: This was via coach and there were multiple stops to collect people. On the way back you could get off where you wanted. Caves: When in the caves you're mostly on the boat plus a short walk before getting back on the boat. Miguel our guide in the caves was friendly and informative. Couple points in the caves: 1) You get a photo taken at the start in front of a rock formation. We skipped this. Not sure on the cost and what the data protection policy is for people who had photos taken. 2) The only down side was the 3 minute music and light show at the end. The speakers weren't the best so didn't really show off what would have been great acoustics. The lights were as we English say "tacky". Maybe just have the music. Ideally this wasn't really needed though don't let this put you off the rest of the tour as it's great. Top tip: As there were going to be two entry times for our group I would suggest the latter. This way it gives you time to climb the stairs (to the right of the cave tour entrance) to take in the views, which was worth the climb.

Simply Awesome - This tour can really be summed up in 2 words- Simply Awesome! This tour is a must see. The natural underground caves reminds you of the beauty of nature. The boat ride through the caves is an adventure in itself as you may need to duck a few times as not to interrupt nature! 😀 We had an awesome time!

Fun, relativity quick activity outside of the city - This was a lot of fun and an easy experience to get to! The bus picks you up from your pickup spot of choice and takes you to the caves. You wait until your entry time and then once inside are ushered into a boat and taken through the caves. Our guide was very friendly and informative! You do have to watch your head a bit in there, but your guide will warn you. I definitely recommend this as an easy activity outside of the city!

Fun Half-Day Trip - This was a fun morning trip out of Valencia. We took a huge tour bus with many other people to reach the caves before they opened. The main host did share some Valencia-related facts with us as we drove to the caves. We sat about 15 to a boat & the boat operator moved the boat through the water and shared fun facts about the caves with us as he did so. Some of the tunnels connecting the different bodies of water are so short that we all had to duck and lean in towards the middle of the boat in order to make it through! It was very peaceful and quiet for most of the tour. You are only allowed to take photos for the last 10 minutes so get your cameras ready! There are a few restaurants and souvenir shops right outside the caves but otherwise not much else to do so it was nice to take as a big tour so we got back to Valencia by lunchtime.

Good tour for the price - The tour was very nice, the group was kind of big so if you don't do large crowds this is the wrong tour to go on. The bus was comfortable and the tour guides explained a lot of information about the arena and how the tour would go. The caves were beautiful and very cool to experience I would totally recommend checking this tour out.

Amazing caves - The caves are a must see. Amazing experience, but the tour is more like just a transportation, so not very necessary. The information on the way was nice, but the guides were not very helpful. I booked the tour for my husband and two kids. My husband couldn't make it. When we got on the bus there were no together seats left. When i mentioned this to the guides, they just shrugged their shoulders. And i had to find a place to sit for my 6yo daughter and I, in a MOVING bus. We actually waited for the bus to arrive, so we were not late. There was a nice passenger who helped us. On the way back i was nervous so we rushed to the bus, so we can sit together. If you can find a transportation, you don't need this tour.

Meh... - It was fine. A little too Disney-fied with the light and music show but fine. It is certainly a unique adventure. I would recommend not spending more than 60€ on it.

Bad communication - My waiting for the crew for more than one hour. The notice of any change can not happen to tourists who do not have wifi all the time. Might not receive the message or might receive it on the run and not pay all attention needed. We paid $152 for two and the entrance fee is only 15 € per person. Please do not get the tour. Is not worth it.
