Best bike also customer service. - I saw a Pelican Bike Rentals truck parked in my plantation and flagged down the driver. His name was Tyrone and he was one amazing personality. He assisted me in getting air into my very own bike that I had on, and directed me to the shop. That same day I called and booked bicycles for the kids for the week. It was nice to speak to Marcus and make arrangements for the delivery appointment for the next day. Tyrone came first thing the following morning with a smile on his face and banged on our door to tell us the bikes had been placed in our driveway. These persons are great especially in the aspect of human interaction. In the midst of so many negative reports regarding customer service these guys really know how to help their customers.

An unexpectedly fun adventure - We booked this tour in the shop and after an hour we were off with a cheerful and knowledgeable girl named Clemencia. A helmet is required for the electric scooters, it is included in the price (we were offered hygienic caps under the helmet, but we refused as the helmets were clean). The tour itself was a lot of fun, two hours flew by like a few minutes. We learned interesting facts and got tips on where to go after the tour. Before the tour I was afraid it would be boring, but it turned out to be the opposite, one of the most fun experiences. Thanks to the team at Pelican Bikes. Highly recommended!

Experience to be redone! - The tour was very interesting, but above all the tour leader was very engaging. Turia park is fabulous, I recommend doing this tour together with pelican bikes as they are fantastic company.

An excellent location and very friendly staff for scooter hire in Valencia's park - This was an excellent service and excellent price - £30 (euros) for the day which I thought was a great price. Really lovely and helpful staff and so close to the entrance to the fantastic Turia (Valencia park). We travelled 18 miles and battery lasted fine. Scooter went on an average speed of 8 miles which was enough of a speed to take in all the sights from the bio park to the beach. I have never ridden an e scooter before and I was worried about it but the lovely person at the desk put our minds at ease. Make sure you take photo identification as this needs to be left as a deposit.

Tour guide David was great - David was a great tour guide. We did a private e scooter tour which was personalised for us, he was great at explaining the elements of this beautiful city and was very patient with me, especially as I struggle being on roads. He was attentive and didn't make the historical facts boring. Was very enjoyable and highly recommend.

Cool tour on electric scooters! - I am contacting Pelican Bike for the second time. The first time I ordered the "Grand City Bike Tour". I really liked it! Now we decided to take a ride on electric scooters because I haven't ridden them before. We had a great time traveling around Turia Park and took a lot of cool photos.
