Begin with a short taxi ride to the finest authentic café in Valencia for the traditional Valencian breakfast known as Esmorzaret. This is included in the price you pay. Enjoy a Bocadillo (a large crusty bread sandwich) with your choice of fillings.

For instance, Longaniza sausage, bacon, sautéed onions, a touch of grated tomatoes, mayonnaise, and potatoes.

Or try El Chivito, a delightful combination of pork loin, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayonnaise, and a fried egg. Alternatively, request your own mix of fillings!

Plus, enjoy a coffee, a glass of wine, or beer.

Finish with a Cremat: a drink made of coffee, dark rum, sugar, spices, lemon peel, and cinnamon.

Followed by a stroll around a traditional Valencian market.
