Venture beyond the city limits of Valencia with a day trip to Montanejos town. Immerse yourself in natural hot springs and seek out waterfall locations, the thermal waters maintain their warmth throughout the year.
A 30-minute hike will be done, focusing on the identification and understanding of key Mediterranean flora.
Our journey from Valencia takes us to Montanejos with our primary stop being a natural thermal spring; a perfect place to unwind and soothe your muscles with a warm bath.
Savor a tantalizing lunch (not included) before setting off to visit the ‘Girlfriend’ waterfalls situated in the village of Navajas. Take a moment to soak in the picturesque beauty of the cascading waterfalls, even taking a dip before making our return journey back to Valencia.
- The hiking (only hiking, not the tour) will be canceled if there is a heat wave or the government prohibits it.
- Reduced group, maximum 21 people.
- The girlfriend waterfall sometimes has no water or very little water because that same water is used by farmers to irrigate, when this happens the flow drops a lot or there is no water. Most times there is water but not always.
- We do the Tour with a minimum of 2 people.

An amazing experience! - This excursion was really enjoyable. Highly recommend it. Swimming in the thermal waters was something to experience. Our tour guide, Miguel was fantastic.

Our guide was a very... - Our guide was a very charming spaniard that went out of his way to bring me to a hospital after i had broken my foot by my own fault. The thermal springs were beautiful. highly recommend the latter.

Pretty day in nature - Miguel was a wonderful tour guide. We started off with a 30-minute mini hike and learned about the trees and botany (honestly, this part of the tour could be removed). Next, we spent the next hour at the Thermal Springs and had some snacks there. During this time of the year, there is no lunch provided and bathrooms are closed. The water was a bit chilly (20°c) but was warmer near the cave down the river. The cave was beautiful and the water was very clear. We recommend bringing water shoes because the spring is very rocky. Afterwards, we took a short drive up the mountains and saw some large rocks and dams. We then drove to the Girlfriend waterfall which was pretty.

Relaxing, fun, and invigorating - Our tour guide was called Agrid and he was amazing. He was very informative, pleasant, knowledgeable and he allowed us ample time to enjoy a wonderful experience

Relaxation In Valencia - We did the Thermal springs tour on day two of our trip. The journey time is quite long but worth it when you arrive you instantly relax. Our tour guide Alex was very knowledgable and welcoming and looked after everyone in the group well. A must if your visiting Valencia.

Brilliant tour - Miguel was a fantastic tour guide, full of knowledge and very friendly. We really enjoyed the short hike before the thermal springs, and the girlfriend waterfall. Beautiful scenery. Okay Experince - The first 30 mins was hiking and were told about some plants that we’d be familiar with in the Mediterranean area. Only two stops; the thermal springs; they were mainly 22° C and the second stop was a river that was colder but each stop we’d only swim for 1 hour. The tour guide was friendly though and kept talking to all of us; didn’t make anyone feel left out and was very communicative.
