Great experience and super helpful staff who went above and beyond to make it that extra special - Hired the e-scooters for me and my son for all day to explore Valencia. Great scooters and as we were both new to them the staff were super helpful showing us how to ride them, but also what to do, look out for around Valencia. I weigh more than my son so after about 3/4 of the day my scooter was running low on charge. We were close and so stopped into get a top up. They just swapped out both our scooters with fresh ones, no questions asked. Great service and great people as the name says Happy Tourist Center, can’t disagree there.

Excellent - it was amazing I had a good time they have rent the e scooter very quickly and they spoke fluently many languages. I rent the e scooter for all day and it is the best way to see valencia. Thank you guys for amazing experience

Very friendly staff - Very kind staff and perfect location in the centre. I rented scooter and they told me about the sightseeings I can visit and a lot of other things about the city. Their english is really good so we had a good chat. Great experience would recommend 10/10.

Best place to rent e-scooter - Great experience! 🥰 E-scooters are really good and fast.👌 I enjoyed it a lot especially during the hot sunny day, it was wonderful to ride it inside the park and around the city. Price was really good compared to other firms and location is directly in the city center , which is always an additional advantage. We were fully equipped with helmets and instructions. 🙌 Thanks to the nice owners of this place, they were really nice and helped us a lot with local Tipps 👍 Recommended! See you soon guys 🤗

A day to the beach - When I walked into the store, Marie was working and I had already met her. she is a kind and loving person, who gave a great explanation on how to use the e-steps. I went with my mom and best friend to the beach and we even got a map of Valencia with an explanation on how to go to the beach through the park. It was so much fun, I would do it again! We also got a great price to rent the e-steps.

Amazing service - Great service, made a reservation before and once we arrived it was very quick and easy and we were on the scooters within 5 minutes. Marie was lovely and friendly! would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent to go here would definitely go back! The scooters are worth the money and the prices here are very affordable.

trully nice owners with friendly approach - really excellent approach of young owners. I trully recommend it and e-scooters are the superb choice for Valencia and even in happytourist center for reasonable price. agency is just really near from the city park with lots of possibilities to ride and access coastal part of this beautiful city. thank you - hope we are back next year :)
