Helmets are provided and must be worn during the tour. A bilingual guide (Spanish/English, with other languages available upon request) will accompany the group. Prior to departure, a short Segway driving lesson will be conducted. Raincoats are available for our customers. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the activity may be canceled, and a refund will be issued. For safety reasons, participants must weigh more than 35 kg.
