Brilliant experience on how to make Paella! - Fabulous experience with lots of interaction from the tutors. Loved the trip around the market before hand. They made it fun too! We were encouraged to ask questions. Great food and drink options. Can't wait to try making Paella at home now I've got the kit and know how! Thank you :-)

We all are a family - We took this class to learn how to make paella the authentic way. The staff was extremely nice and made the whole experience 100/10. We enjoyed the walk around the market and got to know a little history about the market and where paella came from. I can’t not recommend this place enough. If you are visiting Valencia please check out this class. The paella we made was absolutely delicious, I was part of the clean plate club. We loved the staff they made us feel like we’re were part of a family coming together and having an amazing meal.

Genuine, hands on experience in the Paella birthplace - Loved our paella cooking class! The team were so warm, funny, informative and passionate about their home and paella! This was a hands on activity throughout, with generous sangria boosting the laughs. The facilities were ideally decked out, everything was well-paced and the number of participants ideal. And of course, our chicken and rabbit paella was delicious!

Book here if you want to make ‘REAL PAELLA’ - If I could give this experience 6 stars, I would without a second thought. From start to finish it was engaging, enjoyable and worth very penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm and it was obvious their passion and adherence to Spanish authenticity with cuisine was reflected in their explanations and cooking instructions. We had a market tour prior to the cooking which tells you what ingredients to buy to make a paella and also what ingredients to avoid. As we got to the cooking class we were then served Sangria and liquor for us to try as well as tapas which again was a nice but generous touch by the staff and ensuring we were satisfied every step of the way. I was very impressed and enthusiastic by the information when it came to the cooking that I was writing notes myself. After cooking we then sat down amongst others on the tour with us and actually made some friends from it. The food was delicious and easily the best tasting plate of rice I’ve ever had! The warmth, humour and approachability from the staff did not go unnoticed and if we could do it again we certainly would. It was made clear to us that the food is only part of the experience, the other and most important part, is coming together and sharing our creations with others and also to relay that to our loved ones.

Fun experience in Valencia - We had such a good time! The food was delicious, and they did such a good job incorporating our kids (even giving them “shots” with the rest of us). Hosts were obviously local and cared a lot for what they were teaching. highly recommend!

Canadians love Valencian paella! - The whole experience from the market visit to check out ingredients to the actual cooking of the paella was amazing. The staff were fun and friendly and provided so much information on the techniques, ingredients and history of Valencian paella. Not to mention providing tapas, sangria, wine and dessert in addition to our excellent paella. We highly recommend this class!

Great experience. - Very knowledgeable and delightful staff made a delightful experience more enjoyable. The long walk from market to classroom was a huge drawback for anyone with mobility issues. An option to skip the market and meet the group at the classroom would be helpful.
