- My First Paella - We will meet at the door of San Valero Parish. We will go to the Ruzafa market together and we will make the purchase of the fresh products necessary to cook a good paella. While we are making the purchase we will tell you the origin of the paella and customs and culture of the Valencian people.\nLater we will walk for 8 minutes to reach the kitchen where we will hold a sangria workshop.The chef will be waiting us with some delicious tapas accompanied by sangria, beer, water … Then our chef will explain step by step the preparation of the authentic valencian paella (chicken and rabbit) and once finished we will sit down to taste it. We will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.

Very fun experience! - The paella class was really informative and fun! All the instructors were great, we had the best sangria so far of our trip! Taking home lots of tips and hints for making homemade paella. Would highly recommend this excursion in Valencia!

A great cooking experience. - Our experience at “My First Paella” was great from start to finish. The entire team was fun and informative. They structure the cooking process in a group participation format and that keeps everyone engaged. And most importantly, at the end of the process, you end up with a great meal. We loved it all.

Must do! - This was so fun! The paella making experience is something everyone should try. The staff/chefs were the best part, making everyone feel relaxed and are so fun and informative, especially Johan. We learned so much about the authentic Valencia customs and traditions. It’s a must do!!
