Great and fun experience - We started off by going to the market to shop for our ingredients before proceeding to the kitchen. It was a fun cooking experience learning about the ingredients and the process resulting in a very yummy paella. The tapas were delicious and the sangria to die for. Great and fun chefs.

Great, highly recommended! - The paella workshop started well with a visit to the Mercat. There Valintin, our guide, enthusiastically told us about all the local products and ingredients for the paella. After a short walk we were greeted with delicious sangria and cola or fanta for the children with a plate of local tapas dishes. Then everyone was put to work and made a nice paella with the group. It was very cozy and the three chefs, Valentin, Anna and Chris were very nice and enthusiastic. It was nice and very cozy but also especially tasty.

Fun experience for a highly food-motivated family! - Our family had the best time together at this class! We have 2 sons, 21 & 17. Our teachers/guides, Ana and Valentín, were so friendly and informative. They expertly guided us through the Russafa Market, sharing their knowledge of food and history. Then, off to the kitchen for a how-to on making sangría. Valentín was funny! The tapas and beverages were great. THEN, together with our "team," Ana invited us all, step by step, to share in making a delicious chicken and rabbit paella. It was so much fun. We were so glad that we booked this experience!

Excellent experience and delicious paella! - Thank you Valentin and Cristina for an excellent experience. A tour around Mercado de Ruzafa included interesting snippets of info on history and culture as we sourced the paella ingredients. Then back to the kitchen for Sangria, tapas and the main event. Valentin got the whole group involved and demystified the paella cooking process. Then we sat down to enjoy the paella washed down with a lovely white wine followed by chupitos. A memorable lunch!

Fun Paella making - We had a great time with the team making paella on our trip to Valencia. Our favorite part (besides the sangria) was the market shopping experience. It was very cool to see how the market works and the ability to go to each vendor for the ingredient you need. My wife and daughter had done a class previously which was slightly different, but this was a fun way to try it again to hone our skills. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a fun day with some great folks.
