“Wonderful! - Eric picked us up from our resort and educated us on the Mayan culture while we drove to Chichen Itza. He told us that he was a history major and had traveled the world studying and learning multiple languages. We arrived at the ruins before the crowds and while the vendors were setting up. He gave us a tour with great information and had time to explore on our own. The vendors can be pretty pushy and we would have bought more given some space but ended up leaving empty handed just to get away. We left the park as the crowds started arriving and there was a very long line of cars coming in. Eric did a very good job of keeping us entertained and educated while on the tour giving us some pretty interesting facts and throwing historical facts in here and there. We went to cenote Oxman and it was beautiful and water felt amazing. Afterwards we went to a very nice restaurant in the heart of Valladolid where we got to experience some of the best Mayan food we ever tasted. We left around 6:30 got back to our resort around 16:00.” - Reviewed on 2025-01-23
