Amazing Pueblo Bello trip!! - Undoubtedly, my visit to Pueblo Bello, Cesar, was one of the most enriching experiences of my life. I enjoyed what I called the "check-in" ritual with the "mamos," a ceremony in which the "mamos" welcomed us to la Sierra and invited us to respect nature and give thanks for being fed and nourished by Mother Earth since our birth. The connection was amazing. My eyes were also drawn to the mochilas (weaving bags) made by Arhuaca and Kankuama women; each thread loaded with meaning and ancestral wisdom. The artisans shared their stories and the importance of nature in their daily lives, which made me reflect on the importance of respecting the earth and its inhabitants. Even more exciting was listening to the songs of the endemic birds of the region played on an accordion. I could not believe my ears! And all this surrounded by majestic mountains, flowering plants and invigorating cool air. Thank you "Sierra" for connecting me, and thanks Paseovallenato for giving me that wonderful experience!!

Discovering the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the Heart of the World. - Discovering the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, feeling its essence as the Heart of the World, and sharing moments with indigenous and farming communities was a life-changing experience. The rivers, with their crystal-clear water that gives life to the Upar Valley, also revitalized my spirit. The Vallenato culture, its infectious rhythm, its flavor, everything was etched in my heart like an indelible tattoo. Thank you, Paseo Vallenato Tour.

Village beautiful ancestral land and rich coffee - It was a unique experience, unmatched, where you learn about the culture of the Arguhacos and Kankuamos, the importance of their lands, how productive they are, their customs, their economic activity, how to knit and make a backpack with wool and fique. Their ancient rites and how important nature is to them... It's an unrivalled adventure I'd do it again without thinking... Thank you to Mrs. Maria Elisa for her company and for everything she taught us, a woman who knows all the culture... Thank you.
