Custom, Private Tour - Perfect! - Absolutely amazing custom/private with Johnathon (history expert) and Nadia (pHD in anthropology) we learned so much about a wide range to historical and cultural topics. We saw places we’d never have found on our own, or understood - their knowledge and professionalism was perfect!

Not worth the effort to get there - The cab ride is about 40-45 minutes. Definitely not worth the ride. The problem is that not a lot is known about the Vikings. We saw some well-preserved and maintained runestones. The tour is listed as 90 minutes, while the guide expects you to be there for two hours. But, he ran out of things to say after about 30 minutes. The scenery is nice. As he drove us around, he pointed out some small bumps on the hills and said there might be a Viking buried there. The guide was nice and knowledgeable, but there isn't enough to learn and/or see to make it worth the cost and effort.
