Punctual and pleasant - It was a very pleasant and smooth ride. The bus is also very punctual and follows the route on time. We took the north route. Look forward to the next one.

Too Long - I really enjoyed seeing areas around Malta, but getting to the bus was very confusing. I asked three different people and got three different answers. I think the bus routes should be shorter and more focused on areas that people want to see.

Mixed feelings - Bought 2 days ticket with harbour cruise included as well . You can take the tours over the next five consecutive days which was very handy. The first day we took the south tour and all went well. The audio information does not work at most of the seats but was happy enough just to look at everything as we passed. On day two we took the north route. Firstly this was half an hour late and when we queried this with the south bond bus driver, he informed us that the bus had broken door but he did get everyone for the north route onto his bus and said he would take us to the next stop ( a very nice Indian gentleman). On the way we were informed that the south route was cancelled and everyone was now on the north trip. Seemingly all buses on the south route had broken down. At the next stop all the people for the south route were abandoned at the stop with no information as to how to get back from where they had started. We then continued on the north route. This bus driver did not give any information , did not tell us what stops we were at or when the next bus was coming back!!!. It was all very confusing, there are no signs anywhere to tell you when/where the bus stop is. In Mdina we did get help from one of the rep (James) who was able to give us directions and times. Apart from the Mdina stop , the rest of the south tour is not worth doing. We spent a good hour or more driving around hotels dropping people off - and nobody getting off. It would have been better from the driver to ask if anyone was at any of these hotels and go straight home. The boat trip was well organised and enjoyable.

Didn’t get what we paid for! - We hopped of in Marsaxlokk for an hour & then carried on the tour as we thought, however we never saw S10 to S15 as shown on the map given when buying the tickets as the driver went back to Valletta & many of us on the bus had to ask to be dropped back to our original hop on point in Sliema. One poor lady was told she had to get off as the bus wouldn’t be going back where she hopped on! We Missed several spots promised in the route!

Go with the other company! - The buses were late, the red and blue route do around 40% of the same stops. The commentary is repeated in parts on both routes too. How can you drive through a fair amount of Valletta on the Red route and make zero mention of most of it! . On the Bkue route we wanted to go round to Valletta but they said it Sliema……. When we go there, no prior warning. It was only because around 15 of us pleased to go round to Valletta that the driver did but this was a drop off around 10 mins from the city gate and therefore entrance. The boat has very limited space upstairs. We went on and very limited spacing upstairs and came off as you can’t see anything for peoples head and the roof covering/awning. We promptly got off! We went with this company due to the good reputation around the world but I would go with the other one. We gave it 2/5 because we did eventually get to places! After reflection when writing this it’s actually a 1/5! Sorry folks. Go with the other company.

Don't choose this operator - We were extremely disappointed with the overall standard of this tour. Bus from Bugibba Centre arrived half an hour late. No explanation or apology from the driver. We were not given or offered any earphones, and there were no loudspeaker announcements on the bus. As a result, we had no details or background information about the places we were travelling through, or even any idea of where we were. We nearly missed our stop in Valletta City Centre as we were unsure of our location – I had to run down the stairs, ask the driver where we were, then run back up and tell my wife so that we could alight before the bus departed. When I asked the driver why we had not been given any information about where we were, he just shrugged and ignored me. A complete waste of money. We could have travelled to Valletta on a public bus at a fraction of the cost. Prior to arriving in Valletta Centre, we were also turfed off the bus at a location I now know to be Valletta Jetty (we did not know this at the time) and were told to get on another bus, with no explanation. The seats on the upper deck of this bus were soaking wet, and as a result we had to endure damp clothing for the rest of the day, which was not pleasant. Contacted the company afterwards, didn't even get the courtesy of an acknowlegement.

Do not recommend - Do not take in winter. Doesn't respect the already few schedules. He had to call to get through. Do not recommend.

Do not use iseemalta unless you just want to sit at the bus stop and see nothing - We have spent over an hour waiting for the 10:05 bus. City Sightseeing Malta buses have come and gone. ISeeMalta bus not arrived. With two tired children who got up early and have stood in the rain this is shoddy. No one seems bothered. We were told “the bus came early and was full”. Not good enough. This has ruined our day schedule and spoiled our spirits. Do not use this company. City Sightseeing seems a much better operation - or at least their buses turn up!

Don’t use “I see Malta” - Do not take “ I see Malta”. Our bus did not come!!! There is another company which seems much more reliable . This is called Malta sightseeing”

Not worth it. - What an awful system they have. It's unclear where you go to wait for a bus, buses all look the same. They're also always running late and we were unable to do the sites we wanted. They also stop you to run late as they wait for another bus to arrive to pick up some passengers. Nice people but it doesn't work and it was not worth the ticket price. The cruise was ok, slow and late again. I mean if you have all the time in the world then of course it won't matter. I just expected it to just run on time, it's mostly every hour, late. Leaves you irritable.
