As advertised - Malta did a real nice job on there hop on hop off bus
No issues. Busses came in a timely manner with room for everyone who wanted to get on. Nice job.

Excellent - An excellent tour purchased at the Valletta bus terminal shop. Many thanks to Debbie, excellent advisor and very friendly. So we bought the 3 towers North, South and Gozo. Bus perfectly on time. A very complete vision with possibility to make 2 or even 3 stops of more than an hour. Boat and swimming in Blu Lagoon and megalithic site quietly. Better take the 1st or 2nd Check-out in the morning.

It's OK but Malta public transport is cheaper. - We had 11 nights in Malta. We thought we would explore the island on our 2nd day by doing the bus. We sat on it for 2 hours.
Some people moan that it only goes one way?
I don't see a problem. Malta has hidden gems along every village. Not just the popular spots. If you're going to visit somewhere, visit properly. Anyway back to the bus. Lovely staff. Very helpful. The only let down was that the buses finish at 3 so if you do the harbour tour you'll get other transport to go home. We had a coach but the lady organising it was not sure about which one so was running up and down to ask people. We did the south tour Monday and the North one Thursday.

Definitely a great way to see a lot in a short space of time if needed. - Great way to get yourself about. Buses were on time which meant we could visit lots very easily.
Bus was clean and drivers friendly. We stopped at a kiosk so we could nip to the loo and had a 5 min. Real for the driver which was good.
We were picked up from our hotel as it was on the route. It was for the blue bus but that didn’t matter as in the morning the first buses head to Silema. The main tours start at 9:30 from there so it was great for us. On the way back we were dropped back there time for an ice cream and then taken back to our hotel on a mini bus with 3 other families. Great service.

Ok - Didn’t care for this ! Took us on a road trip but not many good stops! And if you get off better make sure you can get back on…Bus was always full.

Audio Silence - Weren’t given the ear phones when getting on the bus, or advised where they were. Went and asked the driver for them but unfortunately none of the audio equipment on our side of the bus worked. Also couldn’t understand what the driver was saying on his audio.
It poured with rain at one point, so everyone came downstairs. Obviously there is no accounting for the weather but the rain did start pouring through the ceiling. The buses therefore need some maintenance!
Overall as a hop on, hop off experience, one every hour isn’t that flexible.

Disappointing - Only two stars - although it is a good way to see the highlights and plan which you want to visit properly (some places do not live up to the descriptions!) this company does need to up it’s game. The bus interior is tired looking. Although each seat has an audio socket, most on the top deck at least, were non functional. One of ours worked but there was no English information!
Unlike some reviews I can say that the bus arrived and departed in time at each stop, but overall a rather disappointing experience.

Don’t run ahead of schedule when there is another hour to wait for the next - Don’t print schedules and then arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we have to wait another hour in the hot sun
We were at the golden bay stop at 12:53 waiting for the 1pm as printed on the map schedule and it had obviously gone through earlier

Absolutely horrible - Absolutely not worth your money!! The audio in the busses don’t work, the drivers don’t call our what stops you are and headed to and the guides are rude. You’re better off planning whatever you want to visit with public transportation.

Shocking service - I would leave a -1 score if I possibly could.We we’re left,alongside two other people,waiting in 45 degree heat for the bus to collect us.We waited about 30-40 minutes and when the bus finally arrived he had just finished his shift locked the bus up told us to get a taxi and disappeared
I complained to the company in the morning was told to send an email…..which I did,I was then sent a screenshot of a bus route
NO help ……No bus……No customer service
You should be ashamed of yourself
