Maltese food and history - We loved this tour, which allowed us to sample a variety of traditional foods while learning some Maltese history. Our guide John provided fascinating information in a very clear, engaging manner. We highly recommend!

Excellent Valletta Food Tour. Do not miss! - This was an excellent tour and highly recommended to do while in Valletta. We had our guide Matthew and he gave us a good introduction to the city of Valletta while also tasting mouth watering food. Great value for money for the food tasting provided and for the walking tour experience provided by the local guide. Do not miss this one!
Also well done for the organization and service provided by the company.

This is a must! Do not miss Valletta Food tour with Colour my Travel!! - We have joined this Valletta food tour with Matthew and it was excellent! Food tasting provided was enough and more to replace lunch. Definitely recommend it! Also it was excellent to get an intro to the city of Valletta. 5 star tour. Well done!

Great mix of food, history and food/history. - Interesting and knowledgeable guide. Great tour, completed with sit down food at the end and the opportunity to ask the guide many questions about Malta, its traditions and history.

Malta Food Tour - Last Tuesday 30th October we went on a Valletta Food Tour.
It was a wonderful experience and our guide, Matthew, was so informative about Valetta and Maltese food and culture. He had the answers to all our questions and gave us lots of history about the island and Valetta.
The food was so tasty and we got lots of it. Very generous portions indeed! We carried on eating like locals for the rest of our stay in Malta and really enjoyed knowing what to order in the local cafes and eateries.
The last stop in the Food Market was great with big plates of all the traditional foods and fabulous local beer! The group was also a fun mix of ages and nationalities which was a bonus.
Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Excellent introduction to Maltese food - This was an amazing tour. Loved the explanations and history of the Maltese food and sampling all the treats. Our guide Matthew was excellent in sharing his knowledge. All the food was excellent. Unfortunately I forgot that Matthew said when ordering a ftira the next day, that we would get double or triple the size of our sample. It was huge! Need to remember that hat for next time. Highly recommend this tour.

If your going to do a tour, make it this one! - I had Matthew as a guide and he was the best guide I've ever had. He was informative and linked all the food to Malta's history. The food was delicious and filling and you find places you wouldn't go on your own. The highlights were the Maltese coffee and the Ftira for me.

Only 5 food stops in 3 hours - My main complaint is that there were too few food stops - only five (four small pit stops, one sit down) in 3 hours of the tour.
!Spoiler alert! In order of appearance, they were: small savoury pastry, small sweet pastry, small sandwich, coffee, and a mixed plate with a drink.
Otherwise the food was tasty and well chosen, the narration was interesting.
