Excellent introduction to Maltese food - This was an amazing tour. Loved the explanations and history of the Maltese food and sampling all the treats. Our guide Matthew was excellent in sharing his knowledge. All the food was excellent. Unfortunately I forgot that Matthew said when ordering a ftira the next day, that we would get double or triple the size of our sample. It was huge! Need to remember that hat for next time. Highly recommend this tour.

If your going to do a tour, make it this one! - I had Matthew as a guide and he was the best guide I've ever had. He was informative and linked all the food to Malta's history. The food was delicious and filling and you find places you wouldn't go on your own. The highlights were the Maltese coffee and the Ftira for me.

Great experience - Matthew was very knowledgeable and passionate about Malta, the place, the people, the history and the food. He entertained us while we tasted the treats supplied. He was also interested in the people in the group and was willing to chat and answer questions. Was outstanding! Thank you

You WANT TO take this tour!! - What an amazing tour!! Matthew was incredible! As was Christina with all the communication and planning! Matthew was knowledgeable and informative and fascinating to listen to! We learned SO much about Valletta and the connection to food and history! We sampled so many yummy eats and drinks along the way. It was just the right length of time for us. The views as well were incredible! Definitely definitely recommend!

Interesting, fun and tasty - Tour guide was brilliant and very interesting history of Valetta that links to the excellent food we tried.

Great value for money - This is an excellent tour with interesting historical information from the guide and some great snack food that we wouldn't necessarily have tried otherwise. There was more food than we expected so don't have a big breakfast ☺️

Authentic - Great experience! Only recommendation is to start a little later, too close to breakfast. Very knowledgeable guide with interesting details about Malta’s history.
