Brilliant experience. - We have meaning to do this tour for at least 5 years and so glad we actually did it. The tour guides were brilliant, really good historians and story tellers and the actual tunnel is amazing. We did the two hour tour and it flew by. Ww will be doing it again soon.

Mouth watering extravaganza - You might be fooled into thinking £75 per head is expensive but believe me when I say this trip is fantastic value for money. The quality of every single bit of it is outstanding, from the tunnel tour all the way through to a Michelin star restaurant, a brewery through to Japanese small plates, Prosecco and cake. It really is a feast, our guide today (3rd Feb) was perfect, keeping us together as a group, sharing bits of information with just the right amount of care, consideration and knowledge. I will definitely do this again and recommend it highly, it is a fabulous experience, off the beaten track, supporting local independent businesses. Five stars all the way!

Fantastic tunnel and food tour. Highly recommended. - Absolutely fantastic! This was such a brilliant idea and such an unforgettable great experience. From meeting our food guide Dave and tunnel guide Kevin we were looked after for four lovely hours. The tunnel was amazing. The stories to be told. Kevin was so enthusiastic and passionate and he impressed us all. Dave took over and we visited four amazing breweries/restaurants. The food was superb, the restaurants so welcoming we're left wanting more. We will no doubt revisit those venues and we are looking at other tours. We will spread the word. Thanks for making my birthday treat so memorable

Wow fantastic day - Had a great day visiting the victoria tunnel with a guide who was very informative and friendly and he definatley knew the history of the victoria tunnels which made the tour very interesting for me. We then moved on to 4 eateries , each with a different type of food and atomosphere within a 5 min walk of each other. The food provided was amazeing and we tried food i had never had before with various alcohol/soft drinks provided there was more than enough to go around.Well worth the money paid and i will 100% be trying one of the other tours provided by this company,if it was possible i would give the easy booking on line, the guide and David ,the food ,the alcohol and the venue 10 out of 10.Well done Amy a definate hit with me.

What a little hidden treat this was! - What a treat this was! Really interesting 45 min intro to the Victoria Tunnel - born and bred on its doorstep and never visited. Would highly recommend! Then onto the food and drink - visited 4 local eateries all within 5 minute walk of one another. Almost starters, mains, vegetables and dessert type set up. Something for all eaters including fussy people. Alcohol at each stop, soft drinks available too. Loved the first 2 stops (wont say where they are in case they vary them, or change), third one was a treat as not somewhere I'd choose to go. Not so fussed on the dessert/final stop but certainly nothing wrong with it. Despite the small portions, felt full and satisfied - definitely value for money and introduced us to venues we will definitely revisit in the future. Thanks David (and Amy)! Will recommend to our pals.

Food tour was wonderful. - Thank you Kev for recognising from experience, that I wasn’t comfortable in the tunnel and getting me out before the tour really got started. Delicious food followed with a great company of strangers who quickly relaxed and a merry time was had by all. Excellent tour.

Great fun - Loved the variety of food and drink sampled. We had an interesting tour of the Newcastle tunnels and then went to a great variety of food venues. Given us something to think about for when we next book a meal in Newcastle.
