Excellent - We went on an excursion to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar, we were picked up in time, Alex Ruedinger was our guide, although the group was Brazilian so the predominant language was Portuguese, its excellent lexicon and pronunciation made us know exactly what he was saying at all times, plus obviously translated everything that was needed in Spanish to become part of us at all times. You can see that Alex has a great knowledge and above all passion for what he does and this manages to convey it at all times, the journey is full of interesting facts, laughter and joy. I also want to emphasize your kindness and willingness to help in whatever is necessary, such as deviating a little from the scheduled route to find a bathroom, leaving us around where we wanted or clearing doubts. Regarding the tour, first we stopped at a place where you could taste and buy wines, then we went to Valparaiso where we did a walking tour, a place full of murals and beautiful views, we followed the trip to the clock of vineyard flowers of the sea and then we went to eat at a restaurant overlooking the beach and well served food, there we had free time to enjoy, finally before coming back we passed the museum where we could take pictures with a moai. It was definitely a wonderful experience, I recommend it!

Valparaiso rode one of about a dozen cable cars, as the Valley of Heaven is called, through artistic street art houses. Viña del Mar was a city with beautiful beaches, urban buildings and a desert right next to a bunch of apartments. - Vincent, our English-speaking guide, was kind enough to explain in great detail and history. Sometimes they used their mobile translators to explain things to friends who didn't understand English, even in Japanese. All my friends like him and thank him for being cheerful. Both Valparaiso and Viña del Mar took me to lunch in a really beautiful city, and the restaurant, location and taste were satisfying. Thank you. And thank you, always smiling driver.
