The Rapa Nui Stargazing Experience
Ahu Nau Nau - We will meet in town and our first stop is near Anakena beach. Your photo will be sent in about 5 days, via email (internet is slow on the island).
The duration of the tour is 3 hours approximately including transportation back to your lodging.
Astrophotography in Easter Island
Ahu Tongariki - This is the largest moai platform in Rapa Nui. Great for photos at Sunrise or at night. Aditionally, we could go to Ahu Anakena instead of Tongariki. National Park ticket is not included (80usd per person). You will need to buy your ticket online before the tour.

This photography expedition is a mixture of a private Astrophotography journey and participation in The Rapa Nui Stargazing Experience (shared - up to 10 participants).
For photo addicts and hobbyists, our photography expedition is designed to capture the finest light at optimal times. While Astrophotography is one part, we also offer daytime photo trips (starting prior to sunrise and lasting until mid-morning, or commencing in the afternoon and lasting until sundown).
Even if you’re still mastering the art, we can assist you in maximizing your camera’s potential by providing guidance on image composition and camera settings usage. You’ll be accompanied by an informed guide who can share the island’s history, though the primary focus is on photography.
We advise selecting one location per evening as the travel from Hanga Roa to the site and the return trip lasts approximately an hour. We can cover both Anakena & Ahu Tongariki locations for Stars to Sunrise trips and additional locations on Daytime Photo trips.
