amazing guides, professional company - at first we only wanted to find a tour at a reasonable price with english speaking guides, but the company overdelivered in every way. the way they conducted the whole thing was very professional, and the guides (Andres, Esteban) were extraordinary: they really elevated this whole thing to a next level with all the info and passion about the subject. Totally recommend booking with them!

There is no better way to know the island - Rarely have I come across a company that, consistently over three days of tours, offered a service as professional and enjoyable as Rapa Nui Dream did. Communication from the beginning was optimal, always friendly and open to answer any questions and accommodate one or another request. Already on the tour, vans are comfortable, meet schedules and are always friendly and professional. Separate mention for our guide Ignacia who was a great connoisseur, was extremely friendly, as well as attentive to our mothers and grandmother. We are very grateful and could not have been happier with the service they provided (which also included pick up and drop off at the airport, where everything was coordinated as agreed). Thank you very much for making our trip to the Island a wonderful and worry-free experience;)

Amazing Sites Amazing Island! - Great experience with amazing guide Esteban who is super knowledgeble and interesting to listen to. All of the sites visited did not disappoint. This tour is a must especially if you have limited time as it saves the hassle of checking where you need a guide and where you dont. The two days covers the highlights of the island. Esteban knew exactly when to hit each site to avoid crowding and ensure the best photo ops. Shout out to our patient driver Raphael and Nico for getting up early to take us to see the sunrise! Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic guides - We had 2 different guides both days but both were fantastic. The tour is just enough information and you definitely got the highlights of the island. The sunrise tour on the 3rd day was basically just transport - no guide service but you didn’t really need it since it’s a sight that you already went to on the other days. Highly recommend!

Pretty much everything you need to see! - Difficult to review! What we saw was really awesome and our guide was really knowledgeable - but he perhaps gave too much information. Others on the trip felt the same as us whilst others thought he was amazing! We are tourists and we wanted the key facts - we wanted to know where we were, how long we would be there and the key information - our guide said he wasn’t a tour guide but a researcher and that showed. It was 2 days and on the second day because there were some new people interested he started to repeat information from Day one and really focussed on them. It started to suck the life out of it a bit but as I said, not everyone felt that way and he was a nice guy - very passionate about the true history of Rapa Nui - the Moai and Birdman cultures, the DNA/origin of the Rapa Nui people and the drought which led to there being no trees. He made it clear that the culture has previously been interpreted through the eyes of those not seeing it properly but applying Western thinking - the wrong lense! I think he would have been good if it was a private tour for those who wanted to know everything! For some a little overwhelming. In the end I just wandered away and let myself soak up the atmosphere. I wish there had been less talking and more time at the beach too. The sunrise is spectacular! The matter is really just transport to the site which is all that is needed as you’ve visited and had the info about it previously. Both days were from 10-5 and the sunrise was 5.30 - 9.

Near Miss - Everything good except pick-up. Local guide was enthusiastic and had a lot of stories to tell. He knew how and where to take sample photos and was happy to help. Just too concerned about people stepping onto the grass (maybe too close to statues), even when there was no road sign of keeping off. Near miss was he did not pick us up at the correct hotel and I understood that he just did it according to the information provided. Credit to Rapa Nui Dream they WhatsApp me when we arrived in the first day, so virtually left us an effective point of contact. Five minutes after the pick-up time lapsed I immediately WhatsApp them and we were eventually picked up in front of our hotel. Not sure this was the initial fault of Trip Adviser or Rapa Nui Dream, but it should not have happened. I had experienced similar incident at Barcelona, when called the local tourist company only said that the tour had started and gone as we were at wrong pick-up point but we did not. We got the refund after three further negotiations/complaints. But we missed the tour and spent a lot of time and energy to seek compensation. Not to say how disappointment to miss the tour. That was only Barcelona and we can get back quickly, easily and cheaply but this was Easter Island and would have no second chance. Therefore, entering wrong pick-up point during transaction is in fact unforgiveable.

Trip was pretty good,... - Trip was pretty good, there were some delays with pickup time. Also felt very rushed at beach. Would be better to have had more time there. Generally a good tour, but could use a few tweaks.

Bad experience, not fulfilling itinerary - Bad experience Offer a full day explorer tour To visit the caves and they don't take you pq takes a long time and they invent that they are closed due to bad weather While all tourists visit them with other agencies We visited only 4 places out of 7 and finished two hours before the tour (15 hours) as the guide had to go to the gym And you complain a little bit and they block you. They don't give you a solution.
