Beautiful Day Trip - We had 12 people in a comfortable van for a trip to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Francesca was our guide and she was very personable and gave us great insight and tours of both cities as well as the surrounding areas on our drive there. Valparaiso is an art haven with art painted on every possible building. It was pretty amazing. There were lots of political statements in the art with the current political climate in Chile. Highly recommend this trip.

Genuine guide and driver - These guys were very professional. I appreciated the quick WhatsApp messages, the pickup, the very clean and new van with usb charger. Our driver Daniel made me feel safe. He was reliable. Our guide Hugo introduced us to latin music in the van which was great. He was also reliable and professional. The walk around Valparaiso was great, not too long and not too short. I would suggest providing everyone with a bottle of cold water and maybe a banana for sustenance. Thank you for the experience.

Nice tour - I really enjoyed the trip. Pablo was very nice and he has extensive knowledge regarding Chile’s history. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts was the lunch time. I think well for future tours a reservation ahead of time would have been good idea. But everything else was great.

Fast overview of the city, but most of it in Portuguese only... - Good tour, but most of the part in Portuguese only... difficult to follow... However bothe the driver Augustin and the guide Mattheus are very good guys.

No English guide during the tour as offered - We informed we wanted the tour to be in English and it was all in Spanish. If there was no option of English guide, we would have choosen anotjer tour as one of our friend didn't speak Spanish/Portuguese. We felt we were cheated, as English was an option we chose and it was not offered

Bad experience - Tour guide never picked me up, end of story. Their excuse was very lame. They said they saw my name for the following day. Very bad experience

No show!!! Unfortunately I have no visit to summarize… Unreliable and unprofessional provider. Unforgettable experience! - Although the day trip was paid for and confirmed I’ve got no information about the pick up time. Tried to contact the provider several times by text and phone and had no answer. As it was the only day I had to sightseeing in Chile my day was totally ruined, as too late to find another provider. Unprofessional and unreliable. I am wondering if it is a scam. I have asked for a refund and I am waiting for it.

Not English Speaking Friendly - I requested an English speaking guide. The tour was given in a combination of Portuguese and Spanish. I paid full price and could not understand any of the tour. I made it known that I only spoke English, but unfortunately, I was not afforded the opportunity to enjoy the tour like the other guests. If you only speak English, choose a different tour or have your own translator!
