A whole experience - Wonderful experience and attention. They give you breakfast and the wetsuit, simple and very useful explanations, and at all times, they were attentive. In the end we did not see the white shark, we were already warned that it could happen, but we saw others also interesting.
Quite an experience that I fully recommend.

All around incredible experience! - We booked with this company because it was a pretty inexpensive option. We drove from Cape Town for the tour and we highly recommend! We couldn't find a ton of information on this company but we can assure you they are legit!! We were fed breakfast and a hot lunch when returned and all of the crew was SO helpful and kind. We were taken out on the boat much earlier than the other businesses in the area and I think it made such a big difference, we saw so many sharks and they accommodated all of us. Cannot recommend them enough, we had an awesome time!

Very enjoyable and safe experience - It was a very pleasant activity! Don't worry if you are scared of doing it. It is completely safe.
We did not get to see white sharks, but saw some nice ones! One of them even got to tackle the cage just in front of me, but again, don't worry, it's not something scary.
PS: I am a brazilian and thought this was something just for tourists, but when I was at the boat, I discovered everyone else was south african, so this is an activity even locals do it a lot!

Great Experience - I had an excellent experience, staff, were very attentive, with the booking process being very easy , the transport from Cape Town ran smoothly , it was explained that the Great White are a little scarce at present but bronze whaler activity was excellent and saw 10 plus schooling in front of the cage so all in all a great experience. Certainly worth the money

Absolutely brilliant experience - We booked 2 places - 1 to go in the cage and 1 to view only. We were greeted on arrival by Edgar and we were invited to have some breakfast with the rest of the people booked on the trip (17 of us in total). After breakfast we were given a safety briefing and then headed down to the boat.
After a short trip out to sea the anchor was lowered and the people going in the cage were asked to get kitted up in wetsuits /masks and the viewing guests asked to go onto the top level of the boat.
The team started chumming and within no time at all we had bronzed whale sharks around us.
There were 4 people in the cage at a time and they were in there for approximately 20mins. As this was diving without scuba gear when the sharks came close the team would shout down down down and you would go under the water to view the sharks in their environment. This was an absolutely fantastic experience.
For those not cage diving the view was spectacular.
After everyone had dived we made our way back and we were given homemade soup and a roll to warm up and watched footage taken of the trip.
Absolutely would recommend.

Fabulous experience seeing sharks up close and personal - A great opportunity to see sharks from the safety of a boat and cage, followed by hearty vegetable soup!
Excellent booking arrangements and briefing before stepping on board, with superb guides and help with wetsuits. Very clear instructions from everyone involved.
Very effective methods used to attract the sharks, leading to us seeing five big sharks, up to 4 metres long.

Deceptive. Dishonest. Choose another company - Spent days looking for a shark cage diving experience that used scuba instead of “breath hold” and finally found it. After over a month of anticipation, we showed up and was told at the briefing that scuba is not possible. I explained that we signed up specifically because of the scuba option, and they insisted they could not do it. I asked for a partial refund of $50 due to services not being rendered, yet was refused.
Even with that, I would have given 3 stars because I still enjoyed seeing the grey whaler sharks, but the 1 star was due to the horrible experience with customer service. When I explained I was not happy due to not having scuba, I was told that scuba was never offered. I showed a copy of the confirmation email that clearly explains that this will be a scuba diving shark cage experience, but to no avail. Not even an apology or the slightest attempt at trying to reconcile the situation. Very dishonest company. Judging by the reviews, it seems like I’m not the only one who has been deceived this way.
Choose another provider for your shark cage experience. They all offer the same thing (no scuba) for similar prices, but at least you likely won’t have as bad of a customer service experience as we did

I believe its a scam - I believe this organisation to be a scam.....there are a number of reviews that support that if you look for them (I wish we had done so) and in fact our own experience supports this conclusion. We booked and paid a deposit in advance given that Christmas is notoriously busy. We e-mailed shortly before the scheduled event to confirm. We heard nothing in reply. Evenytually we got a reply via email after some paniced phone calls from us saying that they had an engine problem and might need to cancel. Then they cancelled the late evening before the date of the booking "due to poor weather". They assured us we'd get our money back (£500) in an email. Then they ghosted us until we posted a review of our experience and they made a false claim that we bought a special voucher and its in the T's and C's that we are not due a refund but we can use the booking again for up to 12 months if we fly back to South Africa. No it wasnt a special voucher is was a simply booking on the web site. We are not stupid. We read the T's and C's. Who would book something for £500 if the provider can cancel and you dont get your money back!! We've re-read the T's and C's and it doesnt say that anyway. I beleive its a scam.. A number of other people have had the same experience.

Beware, dive cancelled and no refund - We booked a private cage diving experience in advance of arriving in SA for a holiday. They cancelled on us the evening before the trip and promised a refund. They are now refusing to refund and offering us a different date which clearly isn't possible as we were on holiday. I wouldn't give this company any deposit and seems likely to be a scam
