- Whytecliff Park - At Whytecliff park we enjoy the stunning Vistas of Howe Sound and coastal Islands, we will then make our way down to the beach for some beach combing in the first marine protected area in Canada. Chances are will encounter some harbour seals and other wildlife.

Porteau Cove Provincial Park - After all the excitement we can settle down for a locally sourced healthy packed lunch with Chai tea at Porteau Cover overlooking Howe Sound and coastal mountains.
We can simply take in the view or do some beach-coming after lunch. - Shannon Falls Provincial Park - After lunch we continue our journey to Squamish where we will experience Shannon Falls which rises 335 meters above Highways 99, making it the third highest falls in the province.
- Squamish - We then take a pit stop at the Caffe Garibaldi we can enjoy the stunning cliff face of the Stawamus Chief (also known as The Chief) is the giant 710 meter-high monolith that looms over Highway 99 and downtown Squamish. Carved in granodiorite that cooled beneath the ceiling of the early Coast Mountains, The Chief is the second-largest granite monolith in the world.

We engage in Forest Bathing at Lighthouse Park amidst the centuries-old colossal trees (70 m tall Douglas firs and western red cedars). As someone deeply familiar with this forest, I guide participants towards achieving tranquility and connectivity, and a sense of being centred and peaceful.
We then proceed to Whytecliff Park to experience beachcombing along the magnificent rocky shores in Canada’s first marine protected area.
Lunchtime finds us at Porteau Cove Provincial Park, where I serve a healthy, locally sourced packed lunch complemented with Chai tea.
Our next destination is Shannon Falls, which towers 335 meters above Highways 99, making it the third highest falls in the province.
