Guest Baggage Pick-up Procedures:
• When it’s time to retrieve their bag, guests follow the map provided in the pamphlet (given when they drop off their bag).
• Guests present their Claim Ticket and ID at the Day Storage location.
• Bags must be picked up by 4:30 pm and cannot be stored overnight at the Cruise Terminal. Bags not claimed by 5:00 pm will be stored off-site, incurring additional fees for transportation and extra storage time ($75 per bag).
• Guests can also visit the Welcome Centre Kiosk at 999 Canada Place Way or call for assistance with directions or inquiries related to the day storage service.
