Day trip to Victoria - Flying in a seaplane was one of the highlights of our trip. Flew from Vancouver to Victoria. The flight saved us time (ferry and transportation from ferry terminal to Vancouver takes 3 hrs,). Seaplane is convenient and fun. Recommend staying more than a day if you can. Harbor tour in a water taxi is a great way to see planes coming and going.

First seaplane ride - The views! Takeoff and landing were smoother than expected and exhilarating! Seats are definitely tight on these planes but there's no bad spot for taking photos.

Brilliant time great viewing 👍 - The whole trip from arriving at the sea port to the take-off and landing and the smooth flight was excellent. The view was outstanding with clear views of the city and the landscape. We had a great time. Thanks.

Great experience with plenty of choice - We took the ferry to Victoria from downtown Vancouver which took nearly 6 hours, most of which was spent on busses, so thought we'd check out the return by seaplane Great decision. We went into the terminal and the young lady that helped us was clear and helpful. Flights were pretty regular and (we thought) not too expensive. The return took us about 90-120 minutes, in total, and was a cool, and much quicker, ferry alternative. Our plane was a 12 seater and despite being at the rear (seats are first come first choice) we were able to take some great photos. It was an nice day and take off and landing was as smooth as silk, which may not be the case on other days. We had luggage which cost extra but I'm sure not an issue if you're going on a tour.

Let customer service do their job Mr computer. - I travel often with harbour air. I recently booked the wrong light fare flight and so called up customer service to change said flight to an earlier, more expensive and completely available flight. Their system would not allow the customer service representative to do this and so I am left feeling like worthless inhuman baggage. I am disappointed in the system and their inflexibility. I have lost another 200$ and they will loose another 10000$ of profit while.I chose other modes of transportation

Greedy and dishonest company - Harbour Air is a dishonest company. Our flight was canceled due to a bad weather. This is understandable and no problem. The huge problem is that they refused to cancel the flight and let us use other transportation to Victoria for three more hours. All the flights prior to ours were canceled on the spot but they kept us despite that there was absolutely no chance for weather to improve. Sure, they have a right to delay up to 3 hours but in this case they just robbed us from spending half a day in Victoria for no good reason.
