The Legendary Gastown Food Tour offers a delightful and entertaining experience with exceptional tour guides. Discover Vancouver’s oldest neighborhood, known for its rich history, vibrant atmosphere, and remarkable culinary offerings. Food enthusiasts will gather on the charming streets of Gastown for this award-winning tour, which navigates the cobblestone paths of Vancouver’s historic district. Savor local craft beer, Japanese Karaage Chicken, classic French onion soup, freshly prepared Sicilian Tortellini paired with local wine, vegan sweet & chili cauliflower, traditional Canadian poutine, and indulgent waffles for dessert. During this 3-hour walking food tour, participants will be guided by skilled and engaging storytelling tour guides who will share intriguing and humorous stories about Vancouver and its 150-year-old “Wild West” history. This is an experience not to be missed! (Note: Food tasting options may vary)

Our tour partners do their best to accommodate most dietary requests but please keep in mind that alternative food options may not be up to par to original tastings. Cross contamination are always a possibility and tour company cannot take responsibility for any possible reactions. NOTE: We are unable to accept bookings for children under 19 with severe food allergies eg. nut allergy etc.

- Tour operates rain or shine
- Tour is approx 2:45-3 hours long and covers approx. 5 blocks. 5 of the stops are sit down. Tour is on a schedule, although slower paced as tour guides stop during tour to show interesting points of interest in the neighbourhood.
- Please arrive hungry and dress for the weather. Tour operates rain or shine. Vancouver tends to get a lot of rain October-April so please bring an umbrella or rain jacket and wear comfortable shoes.
- There are 3 stops with stairs and only one has an elevator. If you have restricted mobility issues the tour may not be suitable for you.
