Great layover tour. - We had a great time, Rick was a great guide. It was nice to see the beautiful city from sever vantage points. We also enjoyed how clean the city was.

Because of layover time... - Because of layover time from Vancouver to Victoria, our tour guide Joy, took us to as many sites as possible. He took pictures of us at the sites & kept up a friendly banter.
My only complaint is he wanted a tip although he only had to work for 3 hours for the same charge as 4 hrs.
