Donuts and a tour, great combination for a morning in Vancouver - Growing up in Seattle we have been to Vancouver many times, but we have not learned much about the city in our trips, so we wanted to try a tour. We decided what better way to kick off the day than a donut tour! We arrived about 10 minutes late due to unexpected traffic (poor planning on our part), and found our guide Arsham waiting patiently for us. He was very nice and accommodating, and even paid for our coffee! The your jumped right in with some delicious donuts, which came in a box that was very handy to carry around our remaining donuts. The tour has 4 stops, but there was a lot of walking in between during which Arsham taught us a lot of interesting facts about Vancouver's history. By the end of the tour we had more donuts than we can eat, tried 4 places that we would probably have never stumbled upon, and learned more about Vancouver than I had in all our previous trips. Our only recommendation would be to somehow end the tour at our close to where we began so we don't have a 20 minute walk back to our car. Overall the tour was a great value. Our guide Arsham was very nice and informed, we learned a lot about the city, and the donuts were delicious!
