Family eBike Adventure in Vancouver - We had an amazing experience with Cycle City Vancouver! Our guide, J.T., was incredibly knowledgeable, fun, and passionate about Vancouver. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. As a family of five (all over 21), we felt safe yet thrilled on our eBike adventure. The contrast of biking through the bustling city and the serene beauty of Stanley Park was unforgettable. Exploring Vancouver by bike with such a personable guide made our trip truly special. Great tour guide and overview of the city - Our tour guide JT was outstanding! The tour was about 20km and he kept the group interested with facts and stories at every stop. This was a great way to visit multiple parts of the city and Stanley Park in a short time. The bikes were easy to use and the turbo setting was great for going up the hills.

Excellent Bike Tour - The four hour bike tour in Vancouver was awesome. It was a great way to see the city and even a few special locations. Jackson was a professional and great tour guide who really knew the area and highlighted special locations in a very knowledgeable way. I would certainly recommend this to everyone.

Excellent way to see the city with our guide J.T.!!! - Great tour of Vancouver. Our guide, J.T., was fantastic and highly recommend him. JT set an excellent pace, showed us a great deal of the city, was well versed in the history of the city, and provided great recommendations for drinks and dining. E-bikes are our new favorite way of seeing new cities and this tour racks high on our list. Thanks for a tour that was well worth it and would not have wanted to miss!!!

An epic must-do in Vancouver! - My husband and I were visiting for our anniversary and as a bike tour enthusiast when I travel, I booked this tour for us to get a general overview of the city and especially Stanley Park. Chris expertly guided us from stop to stop, sharing rich stories of the city's history and quirks, while Katie kindly assisted in the back, making sure we knew how to use our electric bikes and took some great photos for us. The electric bikes were easy to get the hang of and really came in handy during parts of Stanley Park. My favorite stop was Beaver Lake, a breathtaking landscape that I'm sure I would never have discovered if I had attempted a self-guided tour. All in all, this tour was a lot of fun, covered a lot of ground, was super scenic and informative, and I loved the small group size of the tour. Thank you, Chris & Katie! Of note, I got mixed up and thought the tour started a bit later than it actually did (oops!). So it was a surprise when I got a phone call from Cycle City Tours asking if we were still coming. They were extremely kind about my mix up and being 10 minutes away, they were so very gracious to offer to have one of their staff help us get situated with our bikes and then catch us up to the rest of the group that started on time. I unfortunately can't remember the name of the gentleman who called and checked us in but to you and Jackson who guided us to the rest of our group, thank you so much. Your willingness to provide true customer service in a hiccup of a situation was so appreciated.

A beautiful and informative bike tour - We were led by German, who took us on an exciting and informative bike tour through the Waterfront, Stanley Island, Granville Island, the Westside, Chinatown, Gastown, and the central city. Our host was charming, extremely knowledgeable of the area’s history, and helpful in guiding us on handling the bikes. Almost the entire ride was over dedicated bike lanes, which kept us safe from traffic, and we got a fulsome overview of this lovely city. We highly recommend this tour, even if you are not an experienced rider.

Great tour with JT! - We had the absolute best trip with JT! He provided a wealth of knowledge and made our experience so smooth. We would recommend JT and the City Cycle tours to anyone.
