Perfect Overview Before Our Cruise - This was a brilliant way to see Vancouver before our cruise. Shannon was wonderful. We were so pleased with the amount we covered in our allotted time. It was well paced for our multi generational group including seniors and a child. We look forward to returning to beautiful Vancouver to explore more in depth the interesting areas we saw on this tour. Highly recommended!

The only way to get the real Vancouver highlights - Having only a couple of nights in Vancouver we wanted to get an idea of what the city had to offer and this trip was excellent. Our guide Shannon was excellent, giving us a very personal trip around the city, taking us through areas and explained the cultural backgrounds in a very real and honest way. We had plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and to explore.

Fabulous overview of Vancouver! - We had a wonderful overview of Vancouver led by our guide Adrian and the driver. Both were very knowledgeable and we saw most of the city in our limited amount of time. I would highly recommend!

Great city overview - Gaby was great. There was a hiccup getting picked up because of port rule changes but they extended our tour without even asking which I thought was awesome. Great overview of the city.

See it all - This tour is a perfect quick tour of every must see in Vancouver. After the tour we were able to determine where we wanted to spend more time. The tour guides were both knowledgeable and super nice guys!

Viator is Very Disappointing! - Our tour guide did a good job until our last stop at Granville Island. The guide stated we would have 35 minutes to shop and explore the area. Our guide informed us we were out of time, and she could just drop us off, and we would have to find our own transportation back to our hotel, or she could take us back to our hotel without the opportunity to walk around. So very disappointing! This was suppose to be a highlight! We returned to our hotel, and took taxis back to Granville the next day. There were 6 of us and the cost of taxis approx. $70.00. I contacted Viator about this, asking for compensation & they refused! We also booked another trip thru Viator and had another issue with the excursion. Very bad customer service! Beware when using them.
