Everything we expected! - Great trip! Robert was our driver and tour guide. He was clear in his drop off and meet back up instructions, had a useful range of food recommendations, and entertaining trivia along the way.
Busses were on time. Weather was good.
Basically all the elements one would hope for.

A negative experience to a wonderful experience!! - I would have a rated a 2.0 because our tour electric bus had electrical problems of the door. The bus will not start if the door is not closed properly for safety reason.
Alex our tour driver did his best to let it work and called his office for assistance. Not his fault. He apologized profusely. We were asked to wait at the Victoria terminal until they arrange another tour company bus to pick us up (total of 25) at the ferry terminal. We were assured we will have our tour. Alex remained with the electric bus to go back to Vancouver.
The negative experience turned out to be 5.0 experience. We were updated by a nice lady from Grayline via text of the progress of resolving the situation.
Anthony doing another tour with another company picked us up
At the ferry terminal. He welcomed us to his tour. He did his best to drive us to butchart gardens for a stick 30 min tour before his group comes out. He told us where to go and must see within thirty minutes. My sister and I was able to visit three gardens including the sunken garden.
Anthony drove us to Victoria. Overall Anthony was friendly, helpful and informative. He also funny. It was Anthony who made our tour memorable. Thank you Anthony for your outstanding service.
Everyone in our group was happy to
learn we were fully refunded because of the negative situation.
Tour date: Friday, October 4. Two Filipina sisters traveling together.

Davis has an amazing... - Davis has an amazing knowledge of Vancouver, Victoria, and the surroundings. Both current and history
I would take this your again but I would not leave a bag from the Butchart Gardens gift shop on the bus.

An excellent day - Absolutely brilliant day. David our driver was great explaining different sites along the way. David’s story telling was great, he captured the whole bus along the way

Beautiful tour. - Victoria is amazingly beautiful. Too much time in gardens and not enough time to explore the rest. Would recommend.

Long day-short garden time - The bus picked us up prompty at our hotel and drove directly onto the ferry. The gardens were beautiful but we could have used more time there as 90 minutes made it rushed. Victoria downtown as well. We had a little over two hours there before heading back to the ferry and back to the hotel. The driver/guide did a great job. Overall it was a long 12 hour day with over 7 hours of that time on a bus or ferry. Just so ya know.

Aussie Grizzlies go forth to Vancouver Island - Steve was very friendly and his dad jokes kept us amused along the way. He was very knowledgeable across a wide range of topics and was happy to take questions from the group.
The morning ferry ride was really lovely, weaving through the small islands on the way. The Butchart Gardens were just lovely and the couple of hours spent there were just sufficient. Time in Victoria wasn’t long enough to explore all the points of interest, but there was only so much time available for a full, single day trip to Vancouver island. If you have more time then stay the night in Victoria and spend two days minimum in the south of the island.

Fabulous Day - We had a fantastic day on this tour and we were fortunate to have David as our guide and driver, who was excellent and so knowledgeable. He couldn’t have been more helpful and kind.
The time at Butchart gardens was only 90 minutes, which we would have dearly loved more time, as it is amazing. We got off at Victoria as we were staying there and didn’t travel back to Vancouver, so couldn’t comment on the 2 hours the tour had there. It would have been a taster though for sure and Victoria is a beautiful city.
