- Follow the Map: When ready to collect your luggage, use the map provided during drop-off to find the storage area.
- Present Your Claim Ticket and ID: Show your Baggage Claim Ticket and a valid ID to the guest service agent at the Day Storage location.
- Pick-up Deadline: All bags must be collected by 4:30 PM. If not retrieved by 5:00 PM, they will be moved off-site and incur additional fees ($75 per bag) for transportation and extra storage time.
- Need Assistance?: If you have any questions or require directions, our team is just a phone call away to assist you.
- Each guest is allowed up to 2 bags at the standard rate. Additional bags are charged at drop off.
