Buddha at its best - Mukund is simply the best guide you can have in Varanasi, with excellent German skills, very friendly spirit and lot of knowledge about culture and the city of Varanasi

Lovely location - The Sarnath Buddhist Temple, located 10 km northeast to Varanasi, is a tranquil and ancient famous touristic location abundant with Buddhism’s relics. I recommended you to take a tour guide to gain a deeper understanding about the temple(there are Hindi and English-speaking tour guides at the car park in front of the temple who themselves say that they need not be payed unless you wish to), ours was Mr. Deewakar Singh who was helpful, friendly and walked us through the temple and provided interesting information about the history of the temple and The Buddha. Lush green plants and trees and some unique flowers and fresh lotuses enhance the scenery and beauty of the Buddhist temple.
