- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Would recommend to anyone!! - My boyfriend and I booked this experience not knowing what to expect but saw that it had brilliant reviews.
We were slightly late arriving and greeted by Luca who instantly put us at ease.
Patrizia guided us through the tiramisu and pasta making, we both were made to feel completely at home and had plenty of laughs along the way.
Not only are Patrizia and Luca hosting a truly brilliant experience (way beyond our expectations) but they are lovely people. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I would honestly recommend to anyone whether going alone or in a group, of any age.

Delicious Food with a Spectacular View - This class was the best part of out trip to Lake Como. The food was amazing and the view from Patrizia's home near Bellano was spectacular. There was plenty of advance communication from Cesarine about the menu (we wanted vegetarian) and the location. The small group made it possible to really learn about making pasta and tiramisu. I can't wait to try the recipes again!

A wonderful introduction to Italian cuisine - Fabulous experience! Patrizia and her husband Luca are warm and engaging and gave us a wonderful introduction to Italian cuisine. With their instruction and extras we created a sumptuous meal- one that fed our hearts as well as our stomachs. And it was easy to get to their home- just a train ride from Milan and then Patrizia helped us contact a local driver to take us the additional 10min drive up into the mountain. The view of Lake Como amazing, the experience memorable!

Great experience! - This small group cooking class was magical! It was everything we wanted! With fresh pasta, tiramisu, appetizers, incredible hosts and all you can drink wine, I could not have asked for more. I will note that this class is in the city of Belano, not Varenna, so be prepared to take a 20-30 minute taxi to this destination if you do not have your own car.

An Amazing Experience I would Do Again! - Our host Patrizia was absolutely wonderful. We went to an evening cooking class on my birthday and had the best time drinking wine and learning how to make pasta, focaccia, and tiramisu. The ingredients were fresh and the recipes were simple enough to follow along! If you want to experience authentic home cooking that you can carry with you the rest of your life, this class is a must.

Awesome Experience at Patrizia and Lucas - We had a wonderful evening with Patrizia and Luca. We were warmly welcomed and shown around the house. The hosts and the house made us feel at home. There were appetizers, 2 main courses, drinks and much more. Patrizia helped us with the cooking and patiently explained what we needed to do and how. Luca entertained us with stories about the area, the culture and other exciting stories. The food and the conversations were great. We would highly recommend anyone to book this experience. There's no better way to spend an evening in Italy than with the locals, a glass of wine, great conversations and good food. Thank you again for having us! Best regards

Wonderful - Patrizia, our host was fantastic hosts. Her home was so lovely and she was so warm and welcoming and inviting. We made two pasta dishes. Two different sauces and tiramisu. Everything was so delicious. She taught us a lot of things and we had a lot of fun. If you plan on going to verina you should definitely take this experience up.

Unforgettable experience,... - Unforgettable experience, highly recommend! Patrizia was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and generous. We learned to make homemade pasta and tiramisu, all while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. She had an amazing view of Lake Como from her balcony and garden.

Delicious food with gorgeous dinner setting - My husband and I had the best time at Patrizia’s home. She showed us how to easily make 2 kinds of pasta and made us feel like it was just a casual night stopping over for dinner. After it was made, we got to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake as our backdrop for dinner outside in their backyard. The pasta was so delicious. My parents will be going to Patrizia’s class next week and are even more excited after we communicated our positive experience. Book this class for sure!!

Incredible views and food...with the best host!! - Patrizia was an incredible host! Highly recommend this experience! Her home is unique, comfortable and boasts the most amazing view of the lake given it's up in the hills! We had gorgeous weather and were able to eat our meal outside at a table set up in her garden and it was heavenly. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious...the best meal we had on our trip to Italy! Patrizia was a great communicator through WhatsApp and helped tremendously with our travel arrangements to get from the ferry station to her home.
Do note that assuming you need transportation from the ferry station to her home and back, the taxi cost is ~60 euro round trip.
