Highlights
  • Vaughan Mills - The LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre is located in the Vaughan Mills Mall, in the Small Towns Neighbourhood, entry 4. Free public parking is available.

  • LEGOLAND Discovery Center Toronto - Enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto for a day of exploration in the creative world of LEGO® bricks. Your admission takes you on rides, interactive exhibits and a 4D theater.

Your first stop might be in MINILAND, where more than one million LEGO bricks were used to construct Toronto area landmarks. Make a game of identifying as many of the buildings as you can.

When you need a thrill, take the adventurous kids in your group on rides such as Kingdom Quest Laser Ride and Merlin’s Apprentice. The smaller members of the group (ages 1–5) can build forts at the DUPLO Village, stacking soft play bricks into anything from big structures to small forts.

After you’ve seen what it takes to build a village, watch some more action over at a jungle gym where kids run around pretending to be firefighters. And everyone is welcome to try a hand at building a LEGO tower at the Earthquake Tables exhibit in hopes it will withstand the tremors reverberating from the tables.

For more hands-on fun, head to the LEGO Master Builder Academy, led by one of the master model builders, to learn how to turn piles of the colorful bricks into masterpieces. Alternatively, at Olivia’s house you can perform on the LEGO Friends karaoke stage.

When you’re ready to rest your feet after all the action, head to the 4D Cinema theater and see the LEGO Legends of Chima movie where the characters try to win the land of CHI. You’ll be convinced that you’re part of the movie during this 4D cinema experience.

For a bite to eat, the cafe offers light meals and snacks (own expense). If you’re in search of the latest LEGO creations, you can browse through a range of toys at the shop.

Great family outing - We've been to Legoland Toronto several times, a very good place to go with the family, indoors and you can go all year round. Excellent for children up to about 10 years old, after that I think it gets a little boring. There are interactive toys and lots of Legos for children to play with. The last time we went, the children were able to make bracelets decorated with Legos.

Legoland fun - Kids had a ball here. Lots of interactive activities. I found the pictures a huge rip off though. Don't spend the extra money. They snap a couple of pictures while you are on a ride. Not worth it. Also for another additional 5 you get a small Lego toy. Also not really worth it.

Super Fun - If you have little ones who are Lego fans, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto is a must. This Discovery Centre includes six build and play zones, a LEGO replica of the GTA in MINILAND, two LEGO-themed rides, a soft play area, a 4D cinema (closed during our visit), the world's largest LEGO brick flag, a café and a gift shop. So there is something for everyone. To guarantee your entry, purchase your admission tickets online at least an hour before your reserved time visit. I recommend adding on the VIP Digital Photo Pass, which gives you unlimited downloads of all digital photos taken at the entrance and at the Kingdom Quest ride.

Expensive for what is included - Some really cool activity ideas - but needs to scale up a bit to be of value. Most of the areas are interlinked in one big room- the duplo area had one bucket of duplo and one patch of big blocks. I thought there was a lot more they could have done than what was available to encourage interaction and kids to build. The 4D movie was also a bit scary for small children, and the soft play area was not very visible for parents. That said the car building and earthquake set ups were clever and good fun, and there was enough there to spend an enjoyable 2-3 hours.

Not worth the huge cost or the time - This was a terrible attraction. My son was looking forward to this for months, and he was so disappointed. Build areas had really basic bricks and visitors couldn’t build much with them. VR ride took about 4 min. Staff was obviously bored and unhelpful. Staff wouldn’t let you pick your own bricks at the Pick-a-brick wall. So lame! Huge waste of money. For the same cost, we could have bought my son a cool Lego set and that would have been a much better value.

Lego-my-credit-card - This place should be renamed "Lego-my-credit card". Total chaos on the inside. Staff is useless. You have to figure things out for yourself. And WAY overpriced for what it is

A Glorified Daycare and LEGO Reseller - Not impressed. We are huge LEGO fans and were excited to visit. We bought two adult tickets that included mini figures (~$34/ea and $22 for child). The figures were given to us at entry in blind bags. Two of them were the same. Pretty lame. They feature some very basic interpretive stations, some Toronto-themed builds, and then for the attractions it’s essentially what you’d see in a large daycare. It was pretty disappointing. There is one tracked ride with arbitrary scoring, a large version of one of those coin-op mall rides, and a few hands-on stations, plus a large and very-overpriced café. There is a theatre playing a series of 10min 4D videos, and while 4D show was cool, for the price it’s not worth it. The worst part is the store, which looks like a LEGO store. However, every product is slightly marked up and you cannot collect nor redeem LEGO Points. Why? Because it’s NOT a LEGO Store, it’s a licensed reseller. Sneaky, and evil. This alone is ridiculous. I’ll admit that my 7yo daughter had fun, but she probably would have had similar fun at a cool playground. Definitely do not recommend.

I will not be returning - As far as I am concerned. this establishment ripped us off. I bought a pass for myself and my children before the pandemic. We only got to use it once and the place closed down (Not their fault). But then they opened back up and didn't let us know that they reactivated our passes unbenounced to me. When I contacted them September 2022 to find out what happened, I was told our passes were now expired. This company refused to credit us anything. We lost out on 11 months of the passes.
