Not to be missed - An incredible experience well worth your time. Fantastic food and the ambiance is so detailed it's a feast for your eyes. The performers came out into the crowd and did their act just feet away. You should make time for this show whenever you are in Venice.

Very lovely. A must have experience. - My wife and I had much pleasure enjoying the dinner show. Everything was wonderful, the shuttle service, the reception, romantic settings, the food, the show, singers, dancers, charming, flexible, full of energy. Everything was done very beautifully and professionally leaving us inspired and at awe of some of the dancing and acrobatic feats performed, the unique voices of the singers and the refined, delicious meals. I would advise to come hungry unless you can eat more than an average person. We left quite full and it would be a shame to waste those delicious dishes. IMO very fairly priced and the experience is rather unique so it was absolutely worth it. Gratitude and best wishes to all the performers and the stuff! Alex and Nika

Amazing experience - It was a wonderful experience that captivated my senses. It was an entertaining variety show, with great dancers/entertainers and the singers had a great voice. We were staying in the Rialto bridge area, so I contacted tripadvisor after not hearing back. I contacted the venue, about transportation to the venue, since the venue is on the mainland. They were kind to arrange transportation to and from the venue, for a fee. It was convenient to have peace of mind and enjoy the dinner show, and not worry on how to get back to the hotel afterwards. The food was delicious! Wvwry interaction with staff members was a pleasant one. Excellent customer service!!

Ok - Team could not do enough for you we arrived early as we was staying in central Venice but the venue is located in the middle of nowhere- the manager then drove us to a local shopping mall and picked us up when it was time , there was only 6 people who had dinner and the room was empty but the performers still give there all. Food was not great and you could only drink your free wine even if you wanted to pay for a drink . Several times my partner asked to order a drink but was told no until they realised we was getting really agitated. It started very late, later than advertised we had to leave before it finished because we had to get back. It’s £40 for a cab one way back to the port to get back to Venice so add this as an extra expense. It was an ok night but not worth the money it costs.

Broadway show local clone - It was typical touristic show, but what was unexpected: Broadway-clone, not Italian at all (except dancers and the place). I came in just in time, but the small hall was already overcrowded and no indications shere to leave the coat and where to check-in, not mentioning about the rest room.. Check-in was a disaster, as the only way to check who-is-who were the old-fashioned process of searching for the names through the few paper pages (no 21-t century code scanning, ecc.). After that the glasses for the welcome drink were finished, so skipped this phase. Note that check-in process you cannot bypass: you need your table number! Once in the main hall, it was very hot, so everybody dressed in old-fashioned style (18 century) were very disadvantaged! Places/tables are very close to each other and looked very similar to the Munich October beer fest: maximum extraction from each sq.meter. Show started 21:50 (20 min.delay): the afro-american singer as well as the dancing group were really good, but cannot overcome the whole lack of Italian creativity and taste or good regie! Food was according to the expectations, but was not asked about vegetarian option (ate what was delivered). Additional water arrived 40 min. later after few notes - waiters are really trying to do their best, but they are overbusy! No choice of vine: just red or white! After one hour more of Broadway i left; pls. note that at midnight - allow 10-15 min. for cab to arrive! Personnal was very helpful, otherwise .. You can go, if can afford the budget for American culture clone in the heart of Itsly!

Could have been so much more - Please bear in mind if you're staying in Venice even though it's only 10 minutes to the show on the mainland it will cost you €90 round trip in a taxi, it is in a very industrial area with no facilities around if you get there early. The welcome cocktail is a small glass or procecco or fruit juice, there was no grand magic show at all, no coffee or tea, the staff were so busy bringing out the excellent food that they didn't have time to take drink orders, so everyone was sitting around with empty glasses all night and it was only 25% full, when I did go to the bar and order it didn't arrive, there was also little or no air conditioning and as it was 30 degrees outside it was uncomfortable for everyone. On the plus side the singers and dancers were fantastic, it's a shame but a couple of touches like a shuttle service could have made this a magical experience.

Nowhere close to tourist are of Venice. Horrible customer service. - We had the most horrific experience and the venue refused to refund money. Please heed this warning: It will take 1.5 hours and at least $50 each way using the slowest public transportation. The day we had booked this experience the water taxis had gone on strike. Upon contacting the venue to let them know we couldn't arrive in time, the EXTREMELY RUDE woman suggested that I should have been checking the local news and left earlier. ON MY VACATION. Then suggested that there are private water taxis (which we already checked -- all were occupied because of the strike not to mention $90 each way) Then suggested we should start walking (6 of us dressed up and 2 small children) to a meeting point 45 min away. With no suggestion of how we might return at midnight. Refused to refund while knowing it was completely beyond our control. Not only wasted hours of our short time in Venice, we were treated very poorly and wasted $600. Harsh. STAY AWAY!
