Great Serenade Ride in Gondola - The Gondola Ride was amazing, especially being we booked the Serenade version. There was 4 in our Gondola along with the Guide/Steering person, and the Guitar player. The Gondola next to us had the Singer and we went side by side the whole trip as they played and sang. People were on the bridges recording this great adventure. It was well worth the extra fee for the Serenade Ride.

Nusa Penida snorkelling/island tour - Smooth journey to and from Nusa Penida on the fast boat. Managed to see Manta rays on the snorkelling trip as well as many other small colourful fish! After snorkelling, Wayan Edi then took us on a private tour of the west side of the island and took some amazing photos/videos of us at the main sight seeing points :)

Ride - Wish they would have explained the area.. but it was beautiful trip. I thought they would talk about the area so we would know what we were looking at

Excellent must do in Venice - Good fun and easy to access the service - there was a marathon in town which proved a challenge to get around but the tour left from the booking pier so got there eventually

Ok - Not very fun. Boston driver didn't talk to us he was busy with his girlfriend. We had 6 in our group so we had 2 Drivers and he was really cranky. Other that lovely view.

Stop Scam - Shameful! We were 6, distributed in 2 gondolas (even though we had been sold the 6 together but still passes). Our 2 "gungo masters" were more than unpleasant, between one who barked at us "don't move" constantly as we tried to take pictures without moving from our place by barely turning our head, and the other who did not even reach out to the one of us who fell on the wet ground. No explanation and no answer to our questions, for 234 € we really feel like we were fooled. Go your way...

Extremely bad experience... - Extremely bad experience where the rider was a no show and I kept going around in circles with my family and child. Really really disappointing service. They weren't even answering any calls and showed zero cooperation

disappointed with Viator - friends and i traveled to Venice as a lead-in to an ocean cruise. the website did NOT give a specific location for ticket pickup, but advised me to be there 5 minutes early. i was unsure of the ticket location, and when i called the viator number, i was told that the tickets would be on the other side of St. Mark's Square, past a kiosk selling Venetian masks. do you have any idea how many kiosks there are, selling Venetian masks?!? my friends were slower walking than i was, so i pushed my way through the crowds and finally found the ticket location -- one of the vaporetto booths. it was 5:07pm, so i was seven minutes late. the woman behind the counter told me that my ride -- which i had paid for -- had been given to another group. i was too stunned to argue and left, angry and frustrated. why had my reservation been given away, to (probably) another paying customer? that's double-dipping, and bad business. i had used aviator twice before -- Barcelona, for La Sagrada Familia, and Rome, for tours of the city. these were wonderful experiences. Venice was NOT. i'd like a refund, and would NOT recommend this gondola experience from viator.

uncomfortable, not a good experience for first time in Venice for a married couple - The seats were so uncomfortable. There was one comfortable seat that the other couple got to sit on and then my husband and I were called to sit on the left-over seats apart and uncomfortable. My back was so sore the entire time and the whole day after that. I recommend that they have 2 comfortable seats facing forward for couples to fairly and comfortably sit on. How do you even choose which couple get to sit next to each other comfortably and enjoy while the other does not?
