Loved it! - Great experience. Great way to see the nooks and crannies of the canals. Our guide was great. I would do a longer one next time. 30 min went by too fast.

Nice relaxing trip - It was super crowded when we went at 5:00pm. But our driver was very experienced and nice. We had plenty of time and didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend

Nice ride, shame about the gondolier - Trip was on time, we shared a gondola with 3 others. Felt like a school child being shouted at as the gondolier instructed us to where to sit, back and forth. No interaction, no singing, he really was quite miserable! But the trip itself was nice, down a few canals, was about 30mins in total

SHARED ride not private - Didn’t realize it was a shared ride. I’d rather have paid more for a private boat. We were with another family. I sat with my boyfriend in the middle of the boat which was very uncomfortable and hardly able to enjoy the ride. Luckily the family we were with was great and fun.

Venice vaca - Gondola rides are 90 euros per 30 minutes and you don’t get the full 30 min. More like 20min, Outrageous. Be ware don’t do the rides that are on open water, not very enjoyable and can very choppy waters. Do the once inside the canals that are more smooth sailing and more enjoyable. It’s also cash only.

Disappointing - The gondola was a nice experience, but crowded on the canals where we traveled. “30 minutes” included 5 minutes of walking, 10 minutes of waiting around. The actual gondola ride was closer to 15 minutes.

Dissatisfied! - We booked for a half an hour ride but it was only about 15 minutes! Very disappointing! The part of the grand canal was maybe around 5 minutes even though the advertisement made it sound as if it were more time on the grand canal!!

Gondola Ride - Our gondola driver was extremely rude. I’ve not had so many dirty looks in one 30 min time span ever. He did nothing to make it a beautiful Venice experience.
