Fantastic tour of Venice - much better than any gondola! - Thank you so much! Great tour of Venice's canals and the bay. That was a great 1.5 hours trip. We enjoyed it really much. Much better than booking a gondola. Highly recommended!

The best boat tour in Venice. - The location for the boat tour was not on our ticket. So we arrived at the location late. We called and the boat guide operator rearranged his schedule to accommodate us because we had a food tour later that day and we were only in Venice for 1 day.

Lovely relaxing electric boat ride - Lovely relaxing boat ride on one of the very few electric boats in Venice.
Our guide, Alberto, was knowledgeable and friendly.
Water, snacks and sun cream were provided
We were even dropped off close to our hotel after the trip

Definitely worthwhile. - The tour was great, got to see more of Venice in an hour than I have in the several times I have been here. Giovanni was very knowledgeable about all of the buildings, and described where we were. The description of the tour said water, snacks and alcoholic beverages-there was only water. Other than that it was great.

Venice Electric Boat Ride - Alberto our boat captain was exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Venice and shared many interesting stories. He also gave us suggestions for dinner and other experiences.
The boat company was not clear as to the meeting location in the beginning when we made our reservation so that made it confusing for us as to the exact location. Otherwise this was an exceptional experience! Thank You!

Disappointing and unprofessional - The experience was far from what was advertised. The boat was small and bare, with scant, poorly served food, and no ice in the cooler. The departure point was inconveniently distant, with no alternatives. Minutes into the trip, the driver, while friendly, appeared inexperienced and missed a wave, leaving us soaked. Then, a storm hit—no safety instructions, no plan, just chaos. Water flooded the boat, creating a hazardous situation, especially with two young children aboard. The driver offered no reassurance or communication. To top it off, we were dropped off at the same distant location, despite requesting a closer stop at the start. The entire experience reeked of improvisation and a lack of professionalism. But the company’s response to our feedback was the final insult: they deflected responsibility and blamed us instead of addressing the real issues. This attitude is unacceptable for any business.

Very bad service not worth 500eur - We hired a luxury boat tour service expecting an experience in line with the high cost and the advertising promises. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. There were no glasses or plates, but instead plastic cups and containers, which is unacceptable for a service presented as 'luxury'. Additionally, the drinks were warm because the cooler was not prepared, and there was no ice. The lack of organization was evident from the beginning, with a very distant meeting point. The tour ended earlier than agreed, leaving us very far from our intended destination.
We tried to communicate our concerns to the owner, but his response was arrogant and unprofessional, even going so far as to block us on their instagram page. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
