AMAZING vegan gnocchi with radicchio - Our experience was amazing! My partner and I didn’t know what to expect. Our menu included handmade pasta, vegan gnocchi and an amazing pizza focaccia bread with many small things to taste...amazing wine and and a fresh lemonade with the mint from the garden. Max is an amazing teacher and an excellent host. He is really knowledgeable about food, the region, and history. Overall, one of the best parts of our trip! There is a lot of vegan food in Italian cousine, and Max made us see that. At the market we bought really good radicchio and we used it for our gnocchi, with an amazing salad sauce too ....we'll come back for sure!

Delicious stuffed tortellini with eggplant, amazing bread - Our host and instructor Massimo was friendly and passionate. His participation was instructional but not intrusive, entertaining but not overbearing. Food was spectacular and presentation was beautiful.we bought some very fresh vegetables at the market, and we learned to cook aubergines in three different types, all different! we made delicious stuffed tortellini. and tasted some bread made by us with marinated peppers. All replicable at home! thanks for the advice! Highly recommend for couples.

a magnificent risotto, magnificent company and good wine! - Super! Words can’t describe how incredible an experience this was! Massimo is truly a master of her craft! Go Vegan! He warm and welcoming, his instructions were clear, and the food turned out phenomenally!! many simple recipes that you can make at home,we tasted a phenomenal risotto with mushrooms bought during our visit to the market.... we tasted a bread prepared by us with an ancient recipe, it was delicious to combine it with a salad of fresh tomatoes with herbs picked from Massimo's garden. Simple and excellent food. Wine and laughter! we will be back! Now that we've discovered risotto we want to make it at home!

A charming house in the center of Venice for a memorable cooking lesson - We had a memorable time, the tour of the market was amazing and really fun! Massimo ( our host) teach us how to cooking a 3 course meal: one type of fresh pasta and a delicious tortellini with red radicchio and cream of horse radish! We cook a focaccia , and was our side dish to test: salad from the islands of the lagoon ( amazing dressing),honey, pepperoni cream and artichock sauce... We have taken quite a few cooking classes abroad and this one ranked highly. Really nice kitchen to work in, very informative and interesting too. For Vegan and vegetarian in town is really very recommended! all the recipes are easily reproducible at home, Italian tradition and vegetarian cuisine together beautiful! We would definitely recommend if you want to do something different and "local". If you love the food "farm to table" this is the perfect place. We come back Massimo!!
