Today, while artisans can travel freely, their craft endures, and you’ll experience it firsthand at an authentic glassblower’s workshop.

Watch a skilled craftsman at work, while an English narration explains the intricate process. What gives the glass its vibrant colors? How does silica sand become delicate glass art? What is the most challenging part of his work? This is a real working studio, offering a unique and authentic experience. Afterwards, explore a vast collection of glass art and enjoy some free time to wander.

• Burano - Experience Lace Making in Burano

Next, head to the nearby island of Burano. The houses, painted in different colors, line the winding streets and canals, with laundry hanging gracefully. Legend has it that fishermen painted their homes in bright colors to spot them from afar.

Burano is renowned for its ancient lacemaking tradition. With your guide, stroll through Burano’s charming streets to a small building where skilled women craft lace, preserving a tradition passed down through generations. This demonstration is exclusive to guided tours, offering a rare chance to see their craft in action.
