Highly recommended tour - Had a fabulous morning, our guide Serena was incredibly helpful, had great knowledge and shared so much information. Quick visits to glass and lace making with no pressure to buy. Then time to wander the islands. Perfect amount of time, well structured tour. Thanks

Above and beyond... - Nicole was awesome! Very informative, walked around Burano and guided us to the perfect spots. The charter boat captain went above and beyond. I left my phone on the boat and he made sure I got it back. The whole experience couldn't have been better! Thank you both!

Awesome tour - Nicole is very good, and patient with our tour to murano and Burano. She took us there via the water taxi , and introduced us to the other guide to show us the traditional glass making, it’s fascinating and a lot of work, but the outcome is just brilliance from chandelier, glass statues, and jewelries. The Burano is another island that is known for lace work, and tourism is the primary economy, the colorful houses and wonderful to look at, best place to escape from the busy life in the city. Aside she toured as in the islands on the way back she glimpsed of the other islands and the lagoon where people swims in the summer and also fishing and shows us the barriers when the high tides come especially during full moon and rainy season. Learned so much in a short period of the tour and been an interesting outing. Thank you again . You’re brilliant with your job 👍😊👍❤️

Brilliant trip. - Brilliant trip to Murano and Burano, well worth the money. Would have loved more time in Burano, one hour is not enough. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful - This half day trip was well worth it. These islands are just different enough than central Venice to add to the experience. Our guide Cristina with ‘The Tour Guy’ did a great job and was able to answer detailed questions about the lagoon while we traveled on the boat. The New Murano Glass art was beautiful. It is unfortunate that they cannot be contacted beyond in person just at that store.

Disappointing tour - The tour was ok and the tour operator was great but be warned, they usher you into the glass blowing factory within arriving in Murano. After a quick demonstration, it’s off to the showroom. We had one salesman virtually follow us as we browsed the extraordinary pieces of work at even more eye watering prices. Virtually no time to explore Murano itself. Same thing happens at Burano where lacework is their thing. Hardly any free time

Disappointing - Enjoyed the boat ride to islands and back, also colorful paint schemes of Burano. Other than that, it was a hard sell tourist trap on Murano. There was free time on Burano to explore the shops (skipped the lace making demo) but unfortunately, most of the shops took the same approach to selling to tourists.

You can do the trip yourself using the water buses - cheaper & more flexible way to do the trip - Our trip was cancelled the day before as there were not enough people booked for the trip. So we did the trip ourselves - it was easy using the water bus system - cost us €25 per person for a 24 hour bus ticket & the water buses run frequently, are well run & an efficient way to get to see Murano & Burano.
