Enjoyable day out - Great day out. One negative is I Didn’t like been hearded upstairs into shop after glass blowing demonstration only to discover we had to come back down stairs and through another shop to exit. Felt this was unnecessary and not great for the elder people on the tour to be forced to walk up and down the stairs. Also would have loved another half hour at murano to browse the shops. Loved burano and the coloured houses beautiful village. Unfortunately the weather took a turn for the worse before we reached Torcello making it harder to enjoy exploring

Excellent - We made our way to the pier on foot. That day the Pope was in Piazza San Marco and many streets and bridges were closed. We therefore had to take many detours and the ferry we had booked actually left right in front of us at 10.45 am sharp. The ground staff from the provider "IL DOGE" were clearly identifiable and were able to arrange a tour for us on site. The tour guide actually spoke German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, as described. All in all, it was well structured and organized. You could plan a little more time on the island of Burano so that you can eat and see something, there is enough time for either one or the other 😀

Highlight of the trip! - This was the highlight of our trip! Although it's more of a boat trip than a tour as you couldn't really hear the guide on the speaker in the boat because people were too loud. Even though this was the case, the boat trip was great and very good value to see all three islands in one day. Burano was our favourite and we had a lovely time. Murano was too rushed really. And agree with the other reviews you could skip trocello if you're not interested in history as all that's there is a museum (Though a very lovely one at that).

Generic boat tour - The tour provided little information and commentary during the journey. It felt more like i was simply being transported from one island to the next without too much real context or insight into the history and culture.

Poor pick up point instructions - Trip itself was ok, but the instructions about the pick up point were very poor and I had to contact support to realize that 10 min before pick Up we were 700 m off.

Not expect good service for such amount of money - No needs to spend money for tour, it wasn’t a tour, 100-160 people on the boat , no one could listen any words from tour guide On the islands tour guide show the departure’s time only, no departure point, neither informed, the name and colour of the boat was changed. We just jumped on next boat from the same company. Little bit stressed, we managed our way back thou

Disappointing - We were at the pu area 20 min ahead along with another couple and no one showed up to take us on the tour. We were able to get another tour luckily with Venetiana SRL Tours but we lost a couple hours for the day due to this tour group.

English should just be English - We booked an English speaking tour but were bombarded with 5 languages every time the guide spoke- then when English came around we’d missed the point of interest. Very disappointing and ended up with a headache from the constant chatter

AVOID THIS ONE! - AVOID THIS ONE. Honestly, one of the worst tours I have ever taken. We were promised a tour of Murano, Burano and Torchello. The audio speaker on the boat made the tour guide’s voice impossible to understand so we missed all the historical info. When we arrived in Murano we were only given 1 hour to visit and were ushered into a glass blowing demonstration and then a store - I had really wanted to see a bit more but we had no time. Then we had a few hours in Burano but there is little to see there. It should have been the other way around. And finally Torchello was another hour…just. Save your money and take a ferry by yourself to visit these islands - you will then have all the time you need.
