Fantastic experience... MURANO and BURANO Tour! - Beautiful visit, and excellent organization... Very large two-storey boat, on the upper floor breathtaking view where you can see an even more beautiful Venice... The Guide (Camilla) is young and knowledgeable, very kind and super polite... Both islands are beautiful Murano (pure Art) Burano (colourful) ... I recommend it to everyone, Thank you for a wonderful day!

Very nice mini tour but a little too hit and run - We took the trip to the islands of Murano and Burano only Departure and return at the pre-established times, (I recommend maximum punctuality, otherwise you will remain on foot), it was Easter Saturday, the motor ship was very crowded so the time for loading and unloading passengers took away a bit of time from the rest (in Burano we were unable to watch the lace being made because we arrived late: we got off the motorboat almost for the last jackets (we were on the upper floor). However, a very well organized trip, with a visit to a furnace in Murano, and the possibility of a short free walk, a visit to a shop selling typical biscuits in Burano, a visit to a lace shop, and (a little) time for a walk in the town. I probably should have booked a trip with more hours, this one, although it was very beautiful, was too hit and run.

Meeting point... - Meeting point instructions were very poor and didn’t match up with Google maps. No one was able to help us find the boat. It was very stressful , thought we were going to miss the trip.

Time in Murano - We enjoyed the glass experience at Murano but at the end we were rushed onto the boat for Torcello The guide did not tell us to leave the glass's making demonstration early so that we could visit the gift shop - we just had two minutes to get on the boat

In good weather with a more seasoned tour guide, we would recommend - It was rainy, which made it less enjoyable however had the guide given up a map of the area with highlights as to where to go that would have been helpful. We were dropped off in Marano for almost 3 hours in a rain storm and told to just be back at a certain time, the same for the other two islands. We were not told where to find bathrooms or suggested activities. Our tour guide is young and new and needs to learn to offer up more assistance. In addition the weather was so bad and we couldn’t hear what she was saying, nor could we see it as she was discussing the Things and side of the boat

Abandoned in Burano - I don't recommend it. Very noisy boat engine, better and much cheaper to get on the Vaporetto. At the end of the tour we were left with three people stranded on the last island because they left earlier. They don't have control of the people they carry. Very, very bad.

Skip it and buy a ferry pass and do it on your own!!! - Difficult to find tour operator, and changed boats at second stop, so confused on what boat to get on. No actual tour on land, all self guided. Lecture on boat had horrible speaker systems… unable to understand and lots of loud crackling. Stopped in Torcello at 530-6:15 pm… nothing there, nothing open, nothing to see, but an old church that was closed, but lots of mosquitos! Burano was great, more time needed there!

This tour is terrible and so is Viator - The tour operator cut the tour short by an hour and a half for no reason we could fathom. We barely had any time to see anything. I asked for a refund and Viator told me to pound sand. Will never book with them or Trip Advisor again.

Not happy paid for 3 island and got 2 island. - Tour was booked at 14h on the 29.5.24, after paying full amount via internet I received an email less than 24h before that the trip was cancelled and they will give me full amount. Called the company and I managed to book at 10h for two island, whilst I paid for 3 islands. Never again I will book through here.

Choose a different company! - Vague meeting location without signage. Boat was late and had poor visibility. On board commentary was impossible to understand. Island pickup points were confusing and the return trip took a lengthy unnecessary side trip .
