Great experience, beautiful art - Great experience. I could have used another 15min to look at all the glass art after the Murano Presentation but I would absolutely recommend this tour

Excellent experience - Rachel’s was an excellent tour guide, we had ample time at each island and were given excellent recommendations for food and shops to visit. Experience was well worth it.

Excellent tour - We really enjoyed the tour guide’s narration on our way to the Colleoni Murano glass factory & showroom. The tour of beautiful Burano and recommended lunch at Restaurant Galuppi were also superb.

Very interesting entertaining. - I enjoyed watching them make a glass vase. and I ended up buying a little glass horse. I wish I could’ve spent more but . The pieces are more than I can afford.

Beautiful - Burano is beautiful island. Watchung how murano glass items are made is amazing. So much talent in the glass masters. The items are fairly expensive and they prefer cash.

Great destination, not great guide - Glass factory was very interesting & demo of actually making vase was fascinating & the making of glass horse. Murano was very nice. Burano was also lovely. Clementina was not the best guide. Didn’t seem to be at described meeting spot to begin tour but was quick to inform that she was not babysitter & patrons needed to figure it out. Also, even though signed up for English guide she made fast friends with Italian speaking patrons (just 2) out of all on the tour & spent at least half time conversing with just those 2. Made a big deal about leaving Burano on time but we had to wait on her & her 2 “friends”. Only my 2nd Viator tour & maybe since 1st was so great, expectations too high. Liked the destinations but not the guide. Glad not my first tour & hopefully the only one that is not 5 star.

Will probably do on our own. - We are so very thankful that our tour guide waited for us as we were running late. Murano was a bit disappointing as we had a limited amount of time, and only able to do 1 glass shop. Sales people were a bit pushy. Burano was amazing!
