perfect afternoon in murano - Great experience. Length of the demonstration was perfect, demonstrating multiple techniques for variety of pieces. Our group of 7 ranged in age from 24-59, it was a great way yo spend an afternoon on a short venice segment of longer Italy adventure. we were not pressured to purchase and did find some trinkets in the shop and appreciated the discount included in ticket price ( no minimum purchase to apply the discount).

Affordable short tour - Short but interesting tour. Obviously they’d like you to purchase the very beautiful but also very expensive pieces of glass, but the €10 per person credit in the shop is nice for buying a little trinket.

100% worth it! - We were lucky enough to have a private show, my fiancé and I.
Fabio was very informative and happy to answer any and every question we had about the glass making process.
He and his team were obviously passionate about the craft and made our trip to Murano very much worth it and one of our highlights of our trip to Venice.
100% would recommend to anyone wanting to know more about the interesting world of glass making.
Fabio did recommend we visit during the week to get a more real sense of the work (we came on a Saturday).
Enjoyed every second of it!

Fantastic tour experience - Our guide was very informative and engaging while he described what the masters were doing during the glass blowing demonstration. Emilio helped us select some pieces to ship back to Australia and was extremely easy to do business with.

Demonstration of glass blowing - INTERESTING.
Nice demonstration, a little short. Especially do not buy at the factory , prices are more expensive than in store.

Fun to Watch - Watching the glass blowers create items was amazing. We saw them create a decent sized horse figurine within minutes! Amazing!

Worth to watch. - Nice experience. I would recommend to other people. We got discount too in the shop.
The guide who presented and the guys who showed the glass blowing should pay more attention to tourists and not talked to each other during the presentation. It seems like another working day for them. They were not very enthusiastic.

Not so good! - I would not recommend. Tour was only 20 minutes of a gentleman making a vase then a horse. Yes, that was interesting to watch but then you are sent through their “showrooms” which is really them trying to sell you items. There was a lady hovering over me the entire time. There are many beautiful pieces to see but I ended up buying a couple of items at another location on Murano at a better price than the factory.

Disappointing - A succinct demonstration of glass work, we regret not seeing any blowing. When we could get close to see the oven, before we got there, we were pushed to the next room and left to ourselves in a large gallery of works, and it was over... The Awards for small souvenirs were very high for not extraordinary works. The shops next door were more interesting to do.

Misleading information, but interesting information - Total demonstration time was 7mins, after which you walk through a long gift shops of created pieces which you have likely seen all of Venice
No free souvenir as described
Learnt nothing, just saw two pieces being made
