• Basilica di San Marco - The thousand-year-old private chapel of the Doge of Venice, later cathedral and seat of the city’s patriarchate since 1807, is also known as the Golden Basilica, due to the pure gold mosaics that cover it externally and internally, which tell of the ancient and the new Testament.

• Doge’s Palace - The political center of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, seat of its main institutions and residence of the Doge.
  It stands directly on the San Marco pier, apparently light thanks to its unmistakable Gothic-Venetian architectural style.
  Inside there are works of art of great beauty, from the Scala dei Giganti to the Scala d’Oro, to the Sala del Maggior Consiglio, where the enormous painting on canvas of Paradise, painted by Tintoretto, stands out.
  We will then move inside the Bridge of Sighs, to see the New Prisons.
• gondola ride - Unmissable Venetian experience, swinging on the water along the internal canals of Venice on a typical gondola, to have a view of the city from its most characteristic angle.

Proposal to appreciate all the highlights of Venice in one day, visiting Piazza San Marco, the heart of the city, and its most celebrated monuments, the Doge’s Palace and the Golden Basilica, outside and inside with skip-the-line tickets tail. Lunch à la carte in a local restaurant a few steps from the square, concluding the experience after lunch with a gondola tour along the romantic Venetian canals.

• The restaurant must be reached on your own (with the map that will be sent to you) about 1 minute walk from Pizza San Marco, after lunch you must reach the meeting point on your own for the departure of the afternoon part of the tour, which will be the same as the morning in Calle Larga dell’Ascension
