Must do Venetian photo shoot! - Our experience with our photographer was amazing! She was patient and easy going. She kept my kids engaged and truly captured who we are. The photos are perfect!

Michael did a great job! - Michael was very friendly and made recommendations on where to eat and visit for the rest of our stay. He made my husband I feel very comfortable and our pictures turned out great. We are very happy with the final results.

Photographer never showed up - My wife and I scheduled a photoshoot for our honeymoon. We weren’t in Venice long but thought it would be a great way to get to see and do some things. It was confirmed twice that our appointment time was earlier in the morning. When we arrived at the meet up location we stood waiting for about 15 minutes expecting our photographer was maybe a little late. Finally we tried contacting them through what’s app to be informed they mixed up our times. He tried to get us to do it later but we had something booked later in the afternoon. Then they said maybe they could come soon as possible which was an hour out which would cut into the extra time that we paid for. We gave up on honeymoon pictures at that point. Something I’d scheduled months in advance and now it’s too late to schedule anywhere else to try and do something like that. We ended up not being able to try and do anything else because everything was booked up. It totally messed up our morning in Venice. Now I understand it’s human and I’m not necessarily mad but it was unprofessional especially given that it was stated 2 times that our appointment time was earlier in the morning. We were and still are extremely disappointed. I never even received an apology from the company or an email about the return I requested. Overall I wish it would’ve been a better experience but beware. Maybe check in with the photographer the day before is my recommendation, that way you don’t end up like we did, with no photos and a spoiled morning.

Horrible experience it's a scam... do not book. - This place is a scam...do not book.. they will cancel 10 minutes before. Do not waste your time or money. Better options. They are very rude and do not care if they wasted your time. Then they want to reschedule for days later when everyone is only visiting for short period. Its a scam
