Venice Highlight - What a fabulous and delicious way to end our time in Venice! Giulia was the perfect host. She's extremely knowledgeable, with a "sparkling" personality that adds to the experience. Her love and passion for her region of Italy is contagious. We had such a good time at both family-run Prosecco wineries. The Prosecco tastings were terrific, with varieties (and quality) we just don't get back here in the U.S. Have a light breakfast - we were stuffed with delicious salumi and cheese (try the "drunken" cheese) before we left the first winery. It's an easy day trip by train from Venice and a great way to explore a part of the Veneto that many tourists miss. Highly recommend!

Have a backup Plan - I’d love to provide a five star rating —but despite having booked this trip in March —it was cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice meaning we were unable to book a similar tour with another operator. We booked this trip on the operator (Giula’s) advice so we’re incredibly disappointed by the late cancellation. On the plus side—the refund was done very promptly and I believe they were sorry to cancel on us. So if the reviews for the full day adventure are to be believed and you are able to join this tour I’m sure it will be great …just be prepared in case of disappointment.
