Best Italian Meal Making Experience - Barbara was amazing! She took us into her authentic Venetian home and taught us how to make past and tiramisu. The entire experience was great. Different family members took turns doing the work to make the pasta and tiramisu and then when we were almost done, Barbara did the finishing work. She made this amazing appetizer of Burrata, artichokes, arugula and tomatoes to start with Prosecco and while we ate that, she transformed our pasta into 3 different dishes. First with a bolonese sauce that took her 5 hours to make the day before, the second was with shrimp and Aribiatta and last one was for the vegetarian in the group, a tomato basil. The tiramisu is the best we have every had. We will attempt to recreate this meal for sure!

Amazing Experience & Great for Families - Probably one of the most memorable parts of our trip being able to spend time learning how to make Tiramisu, Ravioli and Spaghetti all from scratch! There is a remarkable difference in making fresh pasta and after this class we’re certainly going to be picking up the tools in order to continue practicing. Class was well worth it! The only guidance is give is that the address in the ticket as well as the web page WILL NOT be your destination as that is sent roughly 24hrs in advance via the app where you need to go in and check you Tour Operator Messages for the actual location. We happened to get messed up here and went to the wrong place.

Amazing dinner experience for the entire family - We were welcomed by our gracious chef into her beautiful home in the heart of beautiful Venice. She took the time to connect with everyone, share her own story, and make us feel like family. The evening kicked off with a little Prosecco, appetizers and pleasant conversation. We made 2 kinds of pasta and tiramisu, and all were fantastic. Watching our kids make homemade pasta the same way our family has done for generations and see them experience the love and artistry of cooking was a gift. Adding to the experience, our chef appeared to enjoy teaching the group as much as we all enjoyed learning. The evening was thoroughly enjoyable and one my family will never forget.

Knowledgeable and helpful class in a beautiful home. - I went with my almost 14 year old granddaughter. We arrived about 15 minutes late because Trip Advisor notices had Chiesa di San Giacomo di Rialto as the meeting place. We called the instructor and were able to get the correct address. The instructor was very good - thorough and clear in his instructions. The pace of the class and the ensuing lunch was a bit slow so the entire event lasted 4 hours (15 minutes of which were due to my lateness).
